Abstract: A camera device includes an image sensor which images a subject, a lens unit that includes a lens for forming an image of the subject on a light receiving surface of the image sensor, a shaking corrector that includes a movable portion that includes the image sensor and moves the movable portion in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the lens unit according to shaking of the camera device to correct shaking, and a gravity support that supports the movable portion in a direction opposite to a direction of a component force of the gravity with a force equal to a component force of gravity applied to the movable portion along a direction perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens unit.

Abstract: A front end of an endoscope includes both a lens and an image sensor. There is provided a guide wire hole. The endoscope is easily inserted along a guide wire while a diameter is reduced in the front end in an insertion direction. The endoscope includes a lens which is disposed in the front end in the insertion direction, and receives incident imaging light, an image sensor disposed in a rear portion of the lens, and on which an image of the imaging light is formed, a holder which covers the lens and the image sensor, and having the guide wire hole through which the guide wire penetrates, and a flexible tubular sheath connected to a rear end portion of the holder, and into which a cable conductively connected to the image sensor is inserted.

Abstract: An oblique viewing endoscope has an aperture through which some rays out of rays reflected from an object in an oblique viewing direction pass, an imaging element that captures an image, based on image forming of the rays passing through the aperture, and a lens that is disposed between the aperture and the imaging element, and that has a lens surface on which the image is formed by causing some rays in at least a visual field center out of the rays passing through the aperture in the oblique viewing direction to be substantially vertically incident on a center of the imaging element.
