摘要: A method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor includes: a first step of preparing a capacitor element including an anode having a dielectric layer; a second step of impregnating the capacitor element with a first processing solution including at least a conductive polymer and a first solvent; and a third step of swelling the conductive polymer after the second step, by impregnating the capacitor element with a second processing solution including a swelling agent while at least part of the first solvent remains in the capacitor element.

摘要: A method for producing an electrolytic capacitor includes: a first step of preparing a capacitor element that includes an anode body on which a dielectric layer is formed; a second step of impregnating the capacitor element with a first treatment solution containing a first solvent and a conductive polymer; a third step of impregnating, after the second step, the capacitor element with a second treatment solution containing a second solvent; and a fourth step of impregnating, after the third step, the capacitor element with an electrolyte solution containing a third solvent. Both the second solvent and the third solvent are an aprotic solvent.

摘要: An electrolytic capacitor according to the present disclosure includes an anode body, a cathode body, a solid electrolyte, and a liquid component. The anode body has a surface on which a dielectric layer is to be formed. The solid electrolyte is in contact with the dielectric layer and is disposed between the anode body and the cathode body. The liquid component is in contact with the dielectric layer and the solid electrolyte and contains a solvent and an acid component. The acid component includes a composite acid compound of an inorganic acid and an organic acid. The solvent contains a polyol including two or more hydroxyl groups and a polyalkylene glycol having three or more carbon atoms per repeating unit.
