摘要： The cutter blades of the cutter heads of the present machine are supported in such a manner that they may be quickly and accurately adjusted for varying the cutting depth of the cutter blades. The cutter blades are supported in groove-shaped receptacles equally spaced around the cutter head and means is provided for adjustably supporting and positively locking the cutter blades in the desired adjusted position in the groove-shaped receptacles. An adjusting plate is fixed to the cutter blade by mating sawtoothlike grooves to provide a primary adjustment of the cutter blades. The adjustment plate including a guide surface which includes a gradient component extending in at least one adjustment direction of the cutting blade so that secondary adjustments may be made to the position of the cutter blade.

摘要： A tool grinding machine for profile tools of machines for working wood, plastics material and the like, which includes: a machine stand, at least one headstock arranged on the machine stand and comprising a grinding spindle carrying a grinding wheel, a holding fixture provided for the profile tools to be ground and located opposite to a grinding area provided at a point of the rotational path of the grinding wheel mantle, a grinding rest movably mounted on the machine stand, a copying attachment including a template to be arranged on a holder and also including a tracer finger arranged on the machine stand, for engagement in the profiled template. The headstock is arranged on a swivel support which is adjustable about a swivel axis, which is at least nearly parallel to the grinding spindle and passes approximately through the grinding area of the grinding wheel. The swivel support is mounted on a rotary support arranged on the machine column so as to be adjustable about a pivot which is transverse to the common axial plane of the grinding spindle and the swivel axis. The holding fixture is mounted on a carrier which is pivotally mounted on the machine stand, while the template is located in a plane which passes through the grinding area and incorporates the edge of the profile tool to be ground. The grinding wheel is so mounted that it can be swivelled about an axis which is approximately vertical to the spindle axis and angular to the axis of rotation and passes through the grinding area.

摘要： A tool grinding machine, especially for grinding profile cutters having a frame with a plurality of grinding wheel support means thereon and with a plurality of workpiece support means slidable thereon. Each grinding wheel support means includes a first support member pivotal on a vertical axis on the frame and a second support member tiltable about a horizontal axis on the first support member and with a slide supporting the grinding wheel on the second member. Each workpiece supporting means has moveable carriages thereon to support a cutter to be ground and cooperating elements of template and follower means are provided to control relative movement between the grinding wheel and the cutters being ground.
