Abstract: A health management support device according to an aspect of the present invention is capable of providing appropriate support information to a user for whom health state improvement is desired, without relying on the user's own behavior log information. A health information database (21) stores medical examination information and lifestyle information for each user. Further, a lifestyle score is calculated for each of the users on the basis of the lifestyle information and stored in the health information database (21). Then, from among the users described above, a user to whom a classification of the medical examination information is “monitoring required” is selected as a supported user, and a goal user who is to serve as an example of health state improvement for the supported user is selected on the basis of attribute information, the medical examination information, and the lifestyle score stored in the health information database (21). Then, health management support information is generated on the basis of the lifestyle information of this selected goal user and transmitted to a terminal of the supported user.
