Abstract: An indicator discharge tube having an insulating base plate with a plurality of grooves of predetermined shapes formed therein at predetermined locations, an anode electrode disposed opposite the insulating base plate, a plurality of cathode electrodes respectively disposed in the grooves of the insulating base plate, one portion of the anode electrode lying between adjacent cathode electrodes, and a tube having enclosed therein the insulating base plate, the anode electrode and the cathode electrodes in an airtight manner.
