Abstract: A wireless device may receive downlink control information (DCI) comprising parameters of a plurality physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions of a cell. A wireless device may determine, for a transport block (TB), a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process associated with a first PUSCH transmission of the plurality of PUSCH transmissions. In response to a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, for the TB of the first PUSCH transmission, indicating a busy channel, the wireless device may transmit the TB via a second PUSCH transmission, of the plurality PUSCH transmissions, associated with a second HARQ process.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a first logical channel of a bearer, configured with duplication, mapped to a first base station distributed unit (DU) and a second logical channel of the bearer mapped to a second base station DU. Based on activation of duplication for the bearer, the wireless device transmits first data of the first logical channel via the first base station DU and second data of the second logical channel via the second base station DU.

Abstract: A base station transmits radio resource control (RRC) messages having configuration parameters indicating a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second BWP. The base station also transmits a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling one or more first uplink resources for a first reception of a first uplink transport block (TB) from a wireless device via the first BWP. Before the first reception of the first uplink TB, the base station may transmit a second DCI indicating a switching from the first BWP to the second BWP and one or more second uplink resources for a second reception of a second uplink TB from the wireless device via the second BWP. In response to the transmitting the second DCI before the first reception of the first uplink TB, the base station may cancel the first reception of the first uplink TB from the wireless device.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters of a first uplink carrier and a second uplink carrier of an unlicensed cell. Based on switching from the first uplink carrier to the second uplink carrier and a priority class of a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure for a first transmission of a transport block on the second uplink carrier, the wireless device may determine a contention window to be a minimum contention window of a plurality of contention windows for the LBT procedure. The wireless device may transmit, via the second uplink carrier, the transport block based on the LBT procedure using the contention window.

Abstract: A method may include transmitting, by a base station central unit (BS-CU) to a first base station distributed unit (BS-DU), a first request indicating a first power value for uplink transmission to the first BS-DU via a first cell group of a wireless device. The method may also include receiving, from the first BS-DU, a first response indicating a first context setup of the wireless device. The method may further include transmitting, by the BS-CU to a second BS-DU, a second request indicating a second power value for uplink transmission to the second BS-DU via a second cell group of the wireless device, wherein the second power value is based on the first power value. The method may additionally include receiving, from the second BS-DU, a second response indicating a second context setup of the wireless device.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters of a cell. The cell comprises bandwidth parts (BWPs). The BWPs comprise a first active BWP. The configuration parameters comprise a timer value for a BWP inactivity timer. A first downlink control information (DCI) indicating an activation of the cell is received. In response to the first DCI indicating the activation of the cell: the first active BWP is activated; and the BWP inactivity timer is started based on the timer value. During the BWP inactivity timer running, a second DCI is received via the first active BWP.
