Abstract: Re-establishment methods and control apparatuses for causing performance of the methods is disclosed. Abstract: According to an example embodiment, there is provided a method comprising determining a barring class to which a user equipment belongs, and determining a value for a barring timer, wherein determining the value for a barring timer uses a value derived from a system frame number, SFN, in which the user equipment received an access barring parameter.
