Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to secondary cell activation. A method comprises transmitting, from a first apparatus and on a serving cell in an active status, a MAC layer command for activating at least one secondary cell to a second apparatus, the MAC layer command indicating a configuration on a procedure for activating the at least one secondary cell. The method further comprises receiving an acknowledgement for the MAC layer command from the second apparatus. The method further comprises causing the second apparatus to synchronize, based on at least the configuration and the acknowledgement, with the first apparatus on the at least one secondary cell. As such, the time for activating a Scell can be greatly shortened.

Abstract: Various communication systems may benefit from improved HARQ. For example, it may be helpful to improve HARQ in non-terrestrial networks. The method may also include receiving at the user equipment a downlink control information from the network entity. The downlink control information may include a hybrid automatic repeat request virtual process identification. In addition, the method may include receiving at the user equipment another downlink control information. The another downlink control information may include the hybrid automatic repeat request virtual process identification. Further, the method may include determining at the user equipment a difference between a timing of a transmission indicated by the downlink control information and another timing of another transmission indicated by the another downlink control information.

Abstract: Disclosed is a communication method for controlling data transmission of a mobile station at a base station. The method comprises the steps of: determining, by the base station, a transmission operation to be performed by the mobile station in next transmission time interval based on HARQ and schedule result; sending, in a downlink by the base station, an ACK/NACK packet, an indicator indicating the type of the transmission by the mobile station and a resource use command for the used resource based on the determined transmission operation; receiving, by the mobile station, the ACK/NACK packet, the indicator and the resource use command sent from the base station, and performing respective transmission operations according to the received ACK/NACK packet, indicator and resource use command without using any data-associated signaling in an uplink.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to hybrid beamforming. A plurality of time delay elements is used to perform analog beamforming. Each time delay element is configured to apply the same time delay at different frequencies. The plurality of time delay elements is coupled to at least one RF chain to receive signals. Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a device, method, apparatus and computer readable storage medium for scheduling serving cells with a signaling message. In example embodiments, a terminal device receives, in a Layer 1 (L1) signaling message, a resource indication to schedule resources on a plurality of bandwidth parts in a plurality of serving cells. The terminal device determines a reference size of a reference bandwidth part. The terminal device determines a reference resource based on the received resource indication and the reference size of the reference bandwidth part. The terminal device further determines alignment between the reference bandwidth part and a scheduled bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts. The terminal device determines, based on the reference resource and the alignment, a scheduled resource on the scheduled bandwidth part.
