Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a compound represented by formula (3) (wherein R1, R2, R3 and Rb are the same as those in formulae (1) and (2)), the method including chemically reacting a compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogeno group, an (un)substituted C1-C6 alkyl group, an (un)substituted C2-C6 alkenyl group, or a 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl group, and Ra represents a C1-C6 alkyl group) with a compound represented by formula (2) (wherein R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, and Rb represents a C1-C6 alkyl group) in the presence of a Lewis acid and a base.
