摘要： A manufacturing method of a honeycomb structure including: a formed body forming step of extruding a forming raw material, to form a plurality of quadrangular prismatic columnar honeycomb formed bodies; a firing step of firing the honeycomb formed bodies, to form a plurality of quadrangular prismatic-columnar quadrangular segments; a triangular segment forming step to form a triangular prismatic-columnar triangular segment; a bonded body forming step to form a honeycomb bonded body; and a circumference grinding step to manufacture the honeycomb structure, wherein the bonded body forming step further includes: a pressurizing step of pressurizing the triangular segment from a circumferential direction of the temporary assembly toward a central direction thereof, by use of a pressurizing jig comprising a pressurizer.

摘要： An infrared light radiation device includes a radiation unit and a condenser. The radiation unit includes a heater and a metamaterial structure. The metamaterial structure is able to radiate, when heat energy is input from the heater, infrared light having a peak wavelength of a non-Planck distribution. The condenser includes at least one condensing lens that concentrates and transmits toward outside the infrared light radiated from the radiation unit.

摘要： A conveyance receiver for a honeycomb formed body is a conveyance receiver where a pillar, clayey honeycomb formed body extruded from a die is placed with its central axis set horizontally and moves on a conveyance path to convey the honeycomb formed body to a next process, and the conveyance receiver includes a concaved surface concaved to both end faces parallel to a surface perpendicular to the central axis of the honeycomb formed body to be placed, and that is a surface in contact with a side surface of the honeycomb formed body to be conveyed; and a receiver main body constituted of a plurality of members, and coupling means that couples the members to one another, and the receiver main body at least has a first member at the one end face side and a second member at the other end face side as the members.
