摘要: An object is to curb damage localized in a slag capturing portion caused when slag passes therethrough. A slag discharge device includes: a screen mesh (6) that is a porous member including a plurality of through-holes (6a) formed therein; and a crushing device (7) that crushes water-granulated slag (S2) captured by the screen mesh (6). The crushing device has a crusher head (12) that breaks, with a pressure, and thus crushes the water-granulated slag (S2), a hydraulic cylinder (13) that reciprocates the crusher head in a predetermined direction, a guide plate (14) that restricts movement of the crusher head caused by the hydraulic cylinder, and a plurality of crushing spaces (15) in which the water-granulated slag (S2) is crushed. A communication opening that causes the crushing spaces (15) to communicate with each other is formed in a partitioning wall guide plate (14a) of the guide plate.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to improve workability when installing a cooling pipe and a burner oxidizer supply pipe through which fuel and an oxidizer are supplied to a combustion furnace or the like of a gasifier. A burner (2) is provided with: an air supply pipe (8) through which air is supplied into a combustion furnace (1); a cooling pipe (6) that is provided so as to surround a supply pipe (5); and a closed flange (7) which is detachably fixed to a furnace wall and to which the air supply pipe (8) and the cooling pipe (6) are fixed. The tip of the cooling pipe (6) on a furnace inside is arranged to project to the furnace inside more than the tip of the supply pipe (5) by a projection allowance length (L1).

摘要: Provided is a pressurizing system which includes: a pressurizing nozzle configured to supply a pressurizing gas into a hopper (3) where pulverized coal is accumulated; a filter configured to face a space in the hopper (3) where the pulverized coal is accumulated, and to allow the pressurizing gas to pass through the filter, the filter being provided at an end of the pressurizing nozzle; buffer tanks (5a), (5b) in which a pressurizing gas to be supplied to the hopper (3) is collected at a first predetermined pressure; and a pressure control means configured to start, at a time of starting pressurization of the hopper (3), supply of a pressurizing gas at a second predetermined pressure which is lower than the first predetermined pressure of the pressurizing gas collected in the buffer tanks (5a), (5b).

摘要: A filter backwashing unit is disposed in a path in which process gas flows to remove at least a part of trapped dust included in a process gas by backwashing an element of a filter device that traps the dust when a process gas passes. The filter backwashing unit includes a gas injection device disposed downstream of the element in a flow direction of a process gas to inject backwashing gas toward the element from downstream; a parameter detection device configured to detect a parameter used for determination of a state of dust adhering to the element; and a control device configured to estimate a thickness of dust deposited on a surface of the element upstream of a process gas based on a result of the detection, and determine an interval at which the element is backwashed based on the estimated thickness of the dust.

摘要: In a soot blower, a heat transfer tube of a heat exchanger is arranged inside a pressure vessel, and gas for cleaning is injected toward the heat transfer tube from an injection pipe movable into and out of the pressure vessel. The soot blower includes a cylindrical casing provided to surround an insertion hole on the pressure vessel side into which the injection pipe is inserted, to extend outside the pressure vessel, the injection pipe being inserted into an inside of the casing; a support part provided inside the casing to guide movement of the injection pipe and to ensure airtightness between the casing and the injection pipe; and a gas supplying device provided immediately close to the support part to generate a jet stream of gas in a portion of the injection pipe that projects to the pressure vessel side.

摘要: A slag discharge system includes a slag bath at a bottom portion of a gasifier; a slag cooling water circulation line that discharges a mixture of slag and a slag cooling water from the slag bath; a coarse slag separator device that separates coarse slag contained in the slag cooling water; a fine slag separator device connected to the coarse slag separator device downstream side, the fine slag separator device separating fine slag; and a circulator pump connected to the fine slag separator device downstream side, the circulator pump creating a water flow in the slag cooling water circulation line; wherein the fine slag separator device includes a branch section where the slag cooling water circulation line branches into a plurality of branch lines and again joins together as one line, a fine slag filter portion, and a shutoff valve and disposed in each of the plurality of branch lines.
