摘要: A plurality of apparatuses mounted on cars are monitored and controlled by control devices mounted on the cars. A display device capable of displaying apparatus information of the apparatuses is mounted on a driver's cab. A display screen of the display device is configured by arranging a plurality of display components by which apparatus information of each of the apparatuses can be displayed. A software generating device determines arrangement positions of the display components arranged on the display screen, automatically generates layout design data of the display screen, and automatically generates software for generating the display screen on the basis of the layout design data. The arrangement positions of the display components respectively representing the apparatuses when a number of apparatuses of the same type are monitored and controlled by one and the same control device are determined according to arrangement rule information that is exceptional rules.

摘要: A ground device includes a control unit, a storage unit, and a ground transmitting and receiving unit. A ground antenna is connected to the ground transmitting and receiving unit. Train information from an on-board device is received by the ground transmitting and receiving unit via the ground antenna, and is then transmitted to the control unit. Meanwhile, information from the control unit is transmitted to the on-board device via the ground transmitting and receiving unit and the on-board antenna. The control unit accumulates the train information on a train in the storage unit, and also transmits, to the on-board device, command information for a device installed in the train.

When the information replacing unit detects, on the basis of contact information acquired from an electric coupler provided in a coupled vehicle in a formation B having a train-information management device that manages vehicle information in accordance with the Ethernet® protocol, that a formation A that includes a train-information management device that manages vehicle information in accordance with the ARCNET protocol is coupled to the formation B, then the information replacing unit replaces vehicle information from the formation A with vehicle information in accordance with the Ethernet® protocol; outputs the replaced vehicle information to the formation B; replaces the vehicle information from the formation B with the vehicle information in accordance with the ARCNET protocol; and outputs the replaced vehicle information to the formation A.

摘要: A communication device operating as a hub in a train network system that includes a plurality of hubs installed in train vehicles, each of the plurality of hubs belonging to both a trunk network in which a signal transmission range is not limited and a branch network in which a signal transmission range is limited, and adding, to a signal to be transmitted to a hub belonging to the same branch network as it does, network type information indicating whether the signal is a trunk network signal or a branch network signal. The communication device transmitting branch network information including at least identification information on a branch network to which it belongs at a predetermined timing, and based on branch network information received from an adjacent communication device, determining whether or not to add the network type information to a signal to be transmitted to the adjacent communication device.

The controller makes a signal stop request and a signal output request to the output unit before operation of the train starts, acquires a detection result of the readback circuit while each of the signal stop request and the signal output request is performed, and detects abnormality of the output unit using the detection result.

摘要: A train information managing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a terminal apparatus that communicates with a train-mounted device; and a central apparatus that communicates with the terminal apparatus and the train-mounted device. In at least one of the terminal apparatus and the central apparatus, a processing system that includes a signal processing unit is duplicated, the signal processing unit generating a command signal for the train-mounted device and receiving a response signal made in response to the command signal, and at least one of the signal processing units that receive a response signal from the train-mounted device transmits, to another of the signal processing units, information indicating receipt of the response signal so as to be used to determine a failure in one of the processing systems.

摘要: A motorman's cab in a train is provided with a plurality of door operating switches that open and close the train doors on the station-platform side in a fully-automatic manner, in a semi-automatic manner, or in a manner that open and close doors in sections. A central device includes an information control unit that specifies a stopping station where a train stops next on the basis of train information; selects a recommended door operating switch at the stopping station from among the door operating switches on the basis of an estimated passenger-number value, which is the number of passengers at the stopping station, as a recommended door operating switch for the stopping station; and then it displays display information that prompts the train crew to operate the selected door operating switch on a display device in the control platform.
