摘要: A common-rail injection system is provided for a diesel engine and has excellent internal pressure fatigue resisting characteristics, vibrational fatigue resisting characteristics and cavitation resisting property and sheet face flawing resisting property, and can be made thin and light in weight. A main pipe rail is manufactured by transformation induced plastic type strength steel. After the main pipe rail is processed, residual austenite is generated by heat treatment, and the reduction processing of stress concentration of a branch hole and a main pipe rail side flow passage crossing portion is performed. Further, it is preferable that an induced plastic transformation is generated on the inner surface of the main pipe rail by autofrettage processing, and compression residual stress is left.

摘要: A temperature-controlled fluid friction coupling is actuated by a flow of viscous fluid flowing into or out of shearing surface gaps disposed therein. An, the actuating pin is movable in a direction parallel to a surface of a partition. A swing-type valve lever is in contact with the actuating pin near a root end of the valve lever, and a swing end of the valve lever is arranged slidably movable while in contact with a surface of the partition having a valve opening therein. In response to a deformation of the temperature sensitive element caused by a change of air temperature, the actuating pin moves in a direction parallel to the surface of the partition, and then the swing end of the valve lever moves so as to open and close the valve opening. Thus, the fluid flow from a reservoir chamber to a torque transmitting chamber is controlled.

摘要: A method of fabricating a multiple coat metal pipe includes a first layer comprising a resin having an adhesive force extruded on a surface treatment layer on an outer peripheral face of a metal pipe and a second layer comprising a resin having a chipping resistance extruded on an outer peripheral face of the first layer providing a coating on the first layer in a substantially non-adhesive state. In the substantially non-adhesive state, a peel off strength between the first layer and a second layer is 75 g/cm or less and the peel off strength enables the second layer to be peeled off from the first layer without peeling off the first layer. The first layer has a different dissolving performance than the second layer and the second layer is extruded at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of the first layer.

摘要: The present invention provides a corrosion resistant resin coating excellent in corrosion resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance, mechanically tough and strong and having high heat resistance temperature. A steel tube optionally having a copper layer is formed. Then, a zinc or zinc/nickel plating layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the steel tube, and a chromate film comprising a trivalent chromium compound is formed on the zinc or zinc/nickel plating layer. At least one layer of a kind of resin selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl fluoride, polyvinylidene fluoride, polypropylene, polyethylene and polyamide resins is formed, as required, through a primer. Sufficiently satisfactory results are obtained in corrosion resistance test.

摘要: A lapped steel tube which is improved in resistances to the repeated high-pressure fatigue and the cavitation erosion, in the vibration resistance and in the fitting properties to eliminate the clearances between its inner, outer and intermediate pipes and to lower the production cost. The lapped steel tube comprises an outer pipe, an intermediate pipe and an inner pipe. The outer pipe is made of an electroseamed pipe, the intermediate pipe is made of a duplex-wound pipe or an electroseamed pipe, and the inner pipe is made of a seamless pipe. The outer, intermediate and inner pipes are lapped by drawing them together and are integrated by soldering the individual lapped faces.

摘要: A dental examination mirror is provided. The dental examination mirror includes an examination unit having a planar base wall and a side wall projecting upwardly and outwardly from the base wall. The side wall includes an edge remote from the base wall. A mirror wall is sealingly secured to the edge of the side wall and is substantially parallel to the base wall. The surface of the mirror wall facing away from the base wall are reflective to permit observation of regions in an intraoral cavity. At least portions of the mirror wall enable transmission of light. A light source and a heat source are disposed in the examination unit between the base wall and mirror wall. Light from the light source will be transmitted through at least portions of the mirror wall to illuminate at least portions of the intraoral cavity without shining light toward the eyes of the dentist or patient. The heat source in the examination unit prevents fogging of the mirror.
