Abstract:
Disclosed is a pneumatic radial tire allowed to compatibly enhance its high-speed durability and to reduce road noise. In the tire, a plurality of belt layers 3 are arranged on an outer periphery of a carcass layer 2, and a belt reinforcement layer 4, which is formed of reinforcing cords spirally wound up substantially in a circumferential direction, is arranged in the vicinity of the belt layers. While an overhanging length L, by which the belt reinforcement layer 4 overhangs from an end of a maximum-width portion of the belt layers, is set in a range of 5 to 20 mm, an intermediate elongation of the reinforcing cords of the belt reinforcement layer 4 under a load of 67 N is set in a range of 1.5 to 5.5%.
Abstract:
A flange is formed in a ferrule. A forceps stopper has a fixing member engaging with the flange and a stopper body that holds the fixing member. The fixing member has detachable first and second pieces. The stopper body has a fixing member accommodation hole that accommodates the fixing member in a combined state. The stopper body has a fixing member holding portion that holds the fixing member that is accommodated in the fixing member accommodation hole. The fixing member holding portion has an annular contact portion that comes into contact with the fixing member and a connection portion that connects the outer periphery of the annular contact portion to the opening peripheral edge portion of the fixing member accommodation hole. When the stopper body is pulled, the connection portion is broken, so that the holding of the fixing member using the fixing member holding portion is released.
Abstract:
An image management server is provided including a microscopic image acquisition portion acquiring a microscopic image of a sample made of a plurality of tile images picked up by a microscope before placing the acquired microscopic image into a predetermined storage area. The image management server also includes a meta information creation portion creating meta information determining the microscopic image according to a result of data analysis acquired by the microscopic image acquisition portion; an image provision processing portion providing the meta information and the microscopic image to an image display apparatus in response to a request from the image display apparatus capable of viewing microscopic images. The image management server also includes a provided image prediction portion predicting the tile image highly likely to be requested by the image display apparatus based on hint information which is transmitted from the image display apparatus and which represents content of a microscopic image display process performed by the image display apparatus.
Abstract:
A forceps plug includes a tubular plug main body, and a tubular fixing member rotatably held on the outer periphery of the plug main body. The inner peripheral surface of the fixing member is provided with a pair engaging claws. A ratchet mechanism that allows the fixing member to move to an incorporated location, an attachment position, a fixed position, and a removal position in order, but stops further movement to a position where the fixing member has moved once is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the plug main body and the outer peripheral surface of the fixing member. Since the fixing member of the used forceps plug removed from a opening is stopped from being to the fixed position by the ratchet mechanism, the fixing member cannot be fixed to the opening. Reuse of the used forceps plug can be made impossible without being accompanied by destruction.
Abstract:
Provided is a radio communication device for performing radio communication with another radio communication device includes a control unit that controls to prepare for data loss during radio communication of transmission data and a transmission unit that transmits the transmission data by radio according to the control of the control unit. One of the radio communication device and the other radio communication device estimates a distance from the other based on a field intensity of a radio signal which is judged to satisfy a certain requirement regarding noise component among received radio signals received from the other of the radio communication device and the other radio communication device. The control unit performs a control of a content according to the distance estimation result.
Abstract:
An endoscopic aspiration device is mounted on a manipulating head of an endoscope, from which an elongated insertion rod member is extended forward, the endoscopic aspiration device being composed of a valve casing which is mounted on the manipulation head in communication with an aspiration passage running through the insertion rod member, and a valve assembly unit including a valve member, a valve guide member and a connector member attached to the valve guide member to communicate same with a proximal aspiration passage on the side of a suction source. The valve member is put in a sliding displacement along the valve guide member to bring the aspiration passage into and out of communication with the proximal aspiration passage on the side of a suction source. The valve guide member is coupled with the valve casing through a coupling mechanism which permits to turn the valve assembly unit on and relative to the manipulating head. The coupling mechanism is arranged to perform a function of coupling and uncoupling the valve guide unit with and from the valve casing, and a function of locking the valve guide member in the valve casing to prevent spontaneous dislodgement from the latter.
Abstract:
The inside of a cylindrical body is divided into two parts, that is, a first and a second chamber, and in a piston body, a first ventilation hole and a first ventilation path of a pushing portion are formed so as to communicate with the first chamber and a second ventilation hole and a second ventilation path of the pushing portion are formed to communicate with the second chamber, and a spring for returning the piston body to its original position is provided. By pressing the pushing portion while closing the first ventilation port so as to advance the piston body, air is supplied through a syringe port on the first chamber, while by pressing the pushing portion while closing the second ventilation port, air is supplied through the syringe port on the second chamber, and by releasing the pushing operation, the piston body automatically returns to the original position.

Abstract:
A pneumatic tire includes a tread surface having a middle rib defined by a first circumferential groove and a second circumferential groove in its center region. Middle lateral grooves, that obliquely extend in the widthwise direction of the tire, are disposed at predetermined intervals in the tire circumferential direction in the middle rib; only one terminal end of each middle lateral groove communicates with one circumferential groove of the first and second circumferential grooves. An assistant groove is provided between each of adjacent middle lateral grooves; the assistant groove extends in such an inclined manner that the inclination direction thereof with respect to the tire circumferential direction is opposite to that of the middle lateral grooves; a block is defined by the assistant groove, middle lateral grooves and one circumferential groove. The middle lateral grooves each include a first inclined groove portion having an inclination angle a ranging from 35 degrees to 60 degrees and a second inclined groove portion having an inclination angle β ranging from 0 degree to 30 degrees. One terminal end of the assistant groove is located at a position ranging from 20% to 30% of the tire-widthwise length of one middle lateral groove of the adjacent middle lateral grooves from the one terminal end of the one middle lateral groove toward the other terminal end side of the one middle lateral groove in the tire widthwise direction. The other terminal end of the assistant groove is located at a position ranging from 20% to 30% of the tire-widthwise length of the other middle lateral groove of the adjacent middle lateral grooves from the other terminal end of the other middle lateral groove toward the one terminal end side of the other middle lateral groove in the tire widthwise direction.
Abstract:
A zoom lens apparatus is provided. In the zoom lens apparatus, rotation of a motor is transmitted to a cam drive gear by reducing a speed thereof by a plurality of reduction gears. The cam drive gear transmits rotation thereof to a zoom cam provided coaxially therewith. A first lens group and a second lens group are moved in an optical axis direction by rotation of the zoom cam to carry out zoom adjusting. An interval between the cam drive gear and the zoom cam is provided with a nontransmitting section in which rotation of the cam drive gear is not transmitted to the zoom cam when a rotational direction of the cam drive gear is switched, by rotation of the cam drive gear in the nontransmitting section, the zoom cam is slid in an axial direction. Thereby, also the first lens group and the second lens group connected and engaged with the zoom cam are moved in the optical axis direction along therewith to adjust a focus.
