摘要： A viscous fluid coupling device is comprised of a drive rotor having axially extending annular projections on opposite surfaces thereof, a casing surrounding said rotor and having axially extending annular projections interposed between the annular projections on one side of said rotor, a separator disc secured within said casing to divide the interior of said casing into a reservoir chamber and a working chamber, said disc having axially extending annular projections interposed with the annular projections on the other surface of said rotor and having first and second openings angularly offset from each other at different radial distances, a valve strip slidably engaging said disc for controlling the opening and closing of the openings under the control of a temperature responsive bimetallic coil. The valve strip will open the radially outer opening at a first temperature and subsequently open the radially inward opening at a second temperature greater than the first temperature to sequentially provide a viscous fluid to the two sets of interposed annular projections for driving a fan secured to the housing at two different speeds.

A wiring information memory stores wiring information including auxiliary unit information on a plurality of auxiliary units connected to the plurality of wiring harnesses and wire information on attributes of a plurality of wires connected between the plurality of auxiliary units. A display section displays on a screen a route drawing based on the route information input. An auxiliary unit position assigning section assigns positions of the plurality of auxiliary units on the route drawing displayed on the screen based on the auxiliary unit information included in the wiring information stored by the wiring information memory. A route/wiring linking section mutually wire-connects the plurality of auxiliary units of which positions have been assigned by the auxiliary unit position assigning section through a selective route on the route drawing, and links the wiring information on the plurality of wire-connected auxiliary units to the route information on the selected route.

摘要： There are provided a deproteinized natural rubber latex which comprises a purified product of proteolytically treated natural rubber latex and contains fine particles of natural rubber latex, a deproteinized natural rubber which comprises a dehydrated product of the deproteinized natural rubber latex, and a process for the production of deproteinized natural rubber latex which comprises subjecting a latex solution prepared by (1) adding water and/or a surfactant to a natural rubber latex and then proteolytically treating the resulting latex solution or (2) proteolytically treating a natural rubber latex and then adding water and/or a surfactant to the treated natural rubber latex, to purification using a rotary plate membrane separation apparatus. The deproteinized natural rubber latex contains substantially no protein, is excellent in film-forming property, and provides a raw rubber film having excellent green strength, and the process can produce the deproteinized natural rubber latex in a high yield with high production efficiency.

摘要： For preventing very small amplitude vibrations of the rod in a tensioner during high speed movement of a belt to be tensioned by the tensioner, a tube which is connected to a plunger which moves together with the rod is overlapped with a stationary member so as to define an annular clearance therebetween in an operating chamber of the tensioner. By filling an operating fluid in the clearance, shear strain is generated upon high speed movement of the plunger, which resists movement of the plunger.

The other slot is opened at a second set temperature. 摘要： A viscous fluid coupling device for controlling the transmission of an outpt torque in response to the ambient temperature of the device. The coupling device includes a valve plate for successively effecting first, second and third operational modes to maintain the output torque transmission respectively at low, medium and high levels. 摘要： A temperature responsive coupling device for driving a cooling fan of an internal combustion engine includes a shaft rotatably mounted in an output coupling member coaxially with an input coupling member which is operatively coupled to the output coupling member by means of a coupling. A bimetal spring is operatively connected to one end of the shaft and a valve plate is connected to the opposite end of the shaft for controlling the flow of fluid within the fluid coupling. The shaft is supported in the output coupling member by means of a sealed bearing in order to decrease the sliding torque produced by the rotation of the shaft. A cover plate is positioned in front of the sealed bearing to protect the bearing from moisture and openings are operatively associated with the cover plate to allow any moisture which might have entered between the cover plate and the bearing to be expelled by centrifugal force.
