In addition, an optical check signal can be transmitted to the firing element by the triggering device. An evaluation circuit evaluates light signals that have been transmitted to the triggering device. As a function of an evaluated, received light signal, a disable signal, by which emission of a firing signal is prevented, is generated by the evaluation circuit.

The CIE color space is divided by means of a network with two sets of intersecting network lines, one set being provided by a set of Judd straight lines and the other set by the line for the color loci of a Planckian radiator and also the associated lines of constant threshold value deviation, so that the network has a plurality of network cells bounded by network lines. The color locus of the LED is determined, and the network cell is determined in which the color locus of the LED is located. The LED is assigned to the color group of the network cell.

    摘要: An optical bidirectional transceiver module includes a module body having an opening, an inner hollow space and a fiber pin pushed through the opening into the inner hollow space. The fiber pin has a centric bored hole in which a light-conducting fiber is guided. A wavelength-selective filter or a beam splitter is located at a beveled end surface of the fiber pin. Radiation from an externally coupled light waveguide is emitted through the light-conducting fiber and reflected at the filter to a first optoelectronic component (transmitter). Received light radiation passes through the filter and impinges on a second optoelectronic component (receiver).

    摘要: An optical device includes a surface-mountable optical component with a base member having a recess filled with a transparent filler and a VCSEL element arranged in the recess. A receptacle is attached to the surface-mountable optical component. The receptacle is for receiving an optical fiber to optically connect the VCSEL element to the optical fiber. Accordingly, an inexpensive way of coupling a VCSEL element with an optical fiber is provided. In particular, the surface-mountable component can be produced using a high volume production so that the overall costs of the optical device are reduced, even if the receptacle is produced in lower numbers due to varying requirements in the way that the VCSEL will be coupled to an optical fiber.
