Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide an image liveness detection method and device. The method includes: performing semantic segmentation processing on a to-be-detected image to obtain a first masked image corresponding to a medium image block in the to-be-detected image; performing a biometric recognition on the to-be-detected image to obtain boundary information of a biometric image block in the to-be-detected image; performing pixel processing on the to-be-detected image based on the boundary information to obtain a second masked image corresponding to the biometric image block; obtaining, through calculation, a degree of overlap between the medium image block and the biometric image block based on the first masked image and the second masked image; determining a liveness detection result of the to-be-detected image according to the degree of overlap.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a processing method for an image recognition model and a related product. The processing method for the image recognition model includes: obtaining an image sample; determining a target object positioning box of the image sample, where the target object positioning box covers an area where an effective feature of the image sample is located; adjusting a pixel value of at least one pixel within the target object positioning box to obtain a preprocessed image sample; and training a network model based on the preprocessed image sample to obtain the image recognition model. The present application improves the concentration of the effective feature in the sample image and thus improves the regularization effect and reduces overfitting of the network model.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a liveness detection method and apparatus, a training method and apparatus for a liveness detection system, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The liveness detection method comprises: acquiring two target images, which are obtained by means of a first sensor and a second sensor respectively performing collection on the same face to be recognized; extracting target depth information from the two target images by using a deep generative network; and performing detection on the target depth information by using a liveness detection model, so as to obtain a liveness detection result of said face. The liveness detection model is obtained by means of training using depth information of sample data, the sample data comprises first sample images, which are collected by the first sensor under at least two types of illumination, and second sample images, which are collected by the second sensor under the at least two types of illumination, and each of the first sample images and each of the second sample images comprise spoofing faces of different materials. Target depth information is extracted from two images by means of a deep generative network, and liveness detection is performed on the target depth information by using a liveness detection model, so as to recognize spoofing faces of different materials under different types of illumination, such that the accuracy of recognition is higher.
