Abstract: An impeller includes a disk section having a tube section with a grip section which is fixed by thermal deformation to a rotary shaft that is configured to rotate around an axis line, and a main disk body, which is on another end in an axial direction from the grip section and which extends outward in a radial direction of the rotary shaft; and blade sections that protrude from the main disk body in the axial direction. The disk section has a hoop stress-limiting section with a tube section which extends further towards the other end in the axial direction than the main disk body.

The discharge volute is provided to expand inward in an axis line direction of the casing.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a compressor includes a step of installing a bundle having an O-ring on an outer peripheral surface inside a lower half casing so that a position of the O-ring in an axial direction coincides with a position of a lower half relief groove, a step of installing an upper half casing having an upper half relief groove on the lower half casing so that a position of the upper half relief groove in the axial direction coincides with the position of the O-ring, and a step of pressing the bundle in the axial direction to move the O-ring to a position away from the lower half relief groove and the upper half relief groove, and bringing the O-ring into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the lower half casing and the inner peripheral surface of the upper half casing.

Abstract: A centrifugal compressor according to the present invention includes, as gas flow paths, diffuser flow paths into which process gas flowing from impellers to outside in a radial direction flows, curved flow paths that respectively communicate with the diffuser flow paths and change a flowing direction of the process gas from a direction toward the outside in the radial direction to a direction toward inside in the radial direction, and return flow paths that respectively communicate with the curved flow paths and cause the process gas flowing through the curved flow paths to flow into the impellers. In the present invention, the curved flow path configuring at least one of the gas flow paths is provided between a diaphragm and a flow path forming body that is provided between the diaphragm and the casing.
