摘要: A steam supply system that can reheat CO2 absorbing liquid without lowering performance of a reboiler by decompressing a condensed water drum is provided. This system includes a reboiler that raises the temperature of absorbing liquid contacted with exhaust gas discharged from a boiler to absorb CO2 in the exhaust gas and heated to eliminate CO2. The reboiler includes a heat exchanger tube to which steam for heating is supplied and a condensed water drum that recovers condensed water of the steam introduced from the heat exchanger tube as steam drain, and the condensed water drum is provided with decompression unit that lowers pressure in the condensed water drum.

摘要: There is provided a dehydration-compression system 10 in which CO2 loss is suppressed, and a CO2 recovery system including the dehydration-compression system. The dehydration-compression system 10 of the present invention includes multiple compressors 50 and a dehydration device 60. The dehydration device 60 includes: a contactor 62 which removes H2O contained in CO2 by absorbing the H2O into an dehydration solvent; a recovery part 74 which recovers the CO2 from the dehydration solvent discharged from the contactor 62; and a first circulating passage L31 which carries the CO2 released from the recovery part 74 to the upstream side of the contactor 62.

摘要: A carbon dioxide recovery unit is provided with: an absorption tower for bringing an exhaust gas into contact with a CO2 absorbing liquid to thereby absorb and recover CO2 from the exhaust gas; a regeneration tower for taking out the CO2 from the CO2 absorbing liquid; a CO2 delivery line L3 for delivering the taken-out CO2 to a storage process; and a CO2 return line L5 for returning the taken-out CO2 to the absorption tower. When a CO2 recovery unit and a CO2 compressing device are activated, if a storage process side has some kind of trouble and cannot receive the CO2, a destination part to which the CO2 is delivered from the regeneration tower is switched from the CO2 delivery line L3 to the CO2 return line L5, whereby the CO2 gas is mixed with the exhaust gas in the absorption tower.

摘要: In a dehydration equipment, a regenerative gas heater heats a portion of CO2 gas dehydrated in an adsorption tower that is performing an adsorption process and supplies the gas to an adsorption tower that is performing a regeneration process. A regenerative gas preheater performs heat exchange between the CO2 gas that will be supplied to a regenerative gas heater and the CO2 gas sent out from the adsorption tower that is performing the regeneration process. Then, in the dehydration equipment, a regenerative gas cooler cools the CO2 gas that has been sent out from the adsorption tower that is performing the regeneration process and exchanged heat, separates water from the cooled CO2 gas, and returns the resulting gas to the adsorption tower. Thus, the dehydration equipment can prevent an increase in utility consumption due to the regeneration process.
