摘要: In a conventional blowing apparatus, vibration is increased depending upon a combination of rotor magnetic poles, the number of stator salient poles and blades of a fan. In a blowing apparatus comprising a stator having a core including a M-number of salient poles, and a rotor having permanent magnets having a P-number of magnetic poles rotatably disposed such as to be opposed to magnetic pole surfaces of the stator, the stator and the rotor, in combination, forming a motor for rotating a fan having a N-number of blades, mNnullnM or mNnullnP is satisfied. With this feature, a synergism between vibration generated by cogging torque of the motor and vibration generated by rotation of the fan is moderated, and vibration and noise are reduced.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to improve energy efficiency of an air blower. An annular wall is formed to extend from a suction-side end of a housing body toward a discharge side of a blade tip of a fan so as to provide an air pocket between the housing body and the annular wall. Improvements are made to joint ends of spokes to the annular wall adjacent the air pocket, or to inclination directions of the spokes, thereby improving performance of the air blower or thinning the air blower.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a blower that improves the P-Q characteristic and reduces noise. An apparatus according to the present invention is a blower that sucks air inside through slits (6) provided in an annular wall (2), wherein the blade thickness near a blade end s is progressively reduced toward the front end, and the location F of the maximum thickness gradually moves back toward a blade trailing edge side u2 so as to make the blade advance angle near the front end larger than in other locations. In addition, the width of a slit is made wider in sections near a spacer than in other sections. Alternatively, notches are provided in the outer perimeter of annular plates near the spacers so as to reduce the radial length of the annular plates. This arrangement improves the P-Q characteristic and reduces noise.
