摘要： A composition having biocidal properties is disclosed. The composition includes a biocide in combination with a film forming component. In one embodiment, for instance, the biocide comprises an amine while the film forming component comprises one or more polyvinyl alcohol polymers. The disinfectant composition forms a film on a surface that is abrasion resistant and will provide biocidal activity over an extended period of time, while being completely water dispersible.
