摘要： Disclosed and claimed herein are e,e,e malonic acid/acetic acid tri-adducts of buckminsterfullerene of the general formula C60R3, wherein each R is independently selected from groups of the formula ═CR1R2 wherein each R1 and R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of —H and —COOH, provided, however, that at least one of the R1's and R2's is a hydrogen. Processes for preparing and uses of the same for treating neuronal injury and for life-extension are also disclosed and claimed herein.
