    Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a plurality of fixing protrusions that are provided spaced apart from each other in a key that constitutes an Oldham ring, and an orbiting scroll, to which the key is coupled, or a ring body of the Oldham ring may be provided with a plurality of fixing grooves which are spaced part from each other and into which the plurality of fixing protrusions are respectively inserted and fixed.

    Abstract: Provided is a compressor apparatus comprising: a casing defining appearance of the apparatus; and a drive portion coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the casing and configured to rotate a rotatable shaft; a compression portion coupled to the rotatable shaft and configured to compress fluid, wherein the compression portion apparatus is characterized in that the drive portion and the compression portion are fixed to the fastening member which is detachably attached to at least one of the side face of the drive portion or the side face of the compression portion and thus, the combination of the drive portion and the compression portion is coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the casing. The scroll compressor may include a fixed scroll having a fixed end plate and a fixed wrap, and an orbiting scroll configured to perform an orbiting movement about the fixed scroll and having an orbiting end plate and an orbiting wrap. A communication groove in the form of a recessed groove may be formed in an inner surface of the orbiting end plate, and a refrigerant may flow through the communication groove according to a state in which the fixed wrap overlaps the communication groove such that there is an effect in that an opening efficiency of a discharge hole is improved at an initial stage of discharge.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor includes a rotating shaft coupling portion axially extending from a central portion of an orbiting end plate to radially overlap an orbiting wrap, such that an eccentric portion of a rotating shaft is coupled thereto, and a portion of the orbiting wrap may extend from an end surface of the rotating shaft coupling portion facing a fixed end plate. With the configuration, a distance between bearing reaction force and gas reaction force acting on the orbiting scroll can be reduced, to stabilize a behavior of the orbiting scroll and thus reduce back pressure, thereby decreasing friction loss between scrolls. Simultaneously, compression chambers can be formed even in a central portion of the orbiting scroll, which can increase a compression ratio and improve volumetric efficiency.

    Abstract: A compressor includes a rotation shaft, a drive unit, and a compression unit. The compression unit includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a main frame that is disposed on the fixed scroll, and an Oldham's ring coupled to the orbiting scroll and the main frame and configured to restrict rotation of the orbiting scroll. The Oldham's ring includes a ring body disposed between the orbiting scroll and the main frame, keys that protrude from the ring body that are each coupled to the orbiting scroll or the main frame, and caps that are inserted into the main frame and that each have (i) a coupling hole that receives a key among the keys and (ii) a machined portion that faces the coupling hole and that is spaced apart from at least a portion of an outer surface of the key.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing; a drive motor provided at an inner space of the casing; a rotational shaft coupled to a rotor of the drive motor, and rotated together with the rotor; a frame provided below the drive motor; a fixed scroll provided below the frame, and having a fixed wrap; and an orbiting scroll provided between the frame and the fixed scroll, having an orbiting wrap so as to form a compression chamber including a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber, by being engaged with the fixed wrap. In a state in which a center of the fixed scroll and a center of the orbiting scroll are substantially the same, an interval between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap gradually increases towards the suction chamber from the discharge chamber.
