Abstract: Provided is a method for transmitting and receiving a signal by a terminal supporting dual-connectivity between evolved universal terrestrial radio access (E-UTRA) and new radio (NR). In the method, when the terminal is configured to aggregate at least two carriers and when the at least two carriers include one of E-UTRA operating bands 1, 3, 19, and 21 and at least one of NR operating bands n78 and n79, an uplink center frequency of a first carrier among the at least two carriers is a first value and a downlink center frequency of the first carrier is a second value, a predetermined maximum sensitivity degradation (MSD) is applied to a reference sensitivity used for reception of the downlink signal.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing measurement by a wireless communication device. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a synchronization signal (SS)/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) from a serving cell in a first period by using a first number of reception beams; performing measurement on the basis of the received SSB; and receiving downlink data from the serving cell in a second period by using a second number of reception beams, wherein the first period and the second period are included in an SS-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) window duration, and the downlink data is considered not to be transmitted during a third period in which the number of the reception beams is changed from the first number to the second number or is changed from the second number to the first number.

Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for simultaneously transmitting, by user equipment (UE), a cellular uplink signal and a proximity service (ProSe) signal. The method may comprise a step of determining the total transmission power PCMAX of the cellular uplink signal and the ProSe signal. Here, the total transmission power PCMAX may satisfy PCMAX_L≤PCMAX≤PCMAX_H. At this time, PCMAX_L may be a lower limit value and PCMAX_H may be an upper limit value. The cellular uplink signal is transmitted in a subframe n, the ProSe signal is transmitted in a subframe m, and subframe n may be considered as a reference subframe if subframe n and subframe m are time asynchronous.
