Abstract:
A film laminating apparatus and method for a plate member having a flat or curved surface includes a first holder, a pressing roll, a film holder, support means, position confirmation means and alignment means. The first holder has absorption means that allows a plate member to be absorbed to a surface thereof by deforming the plate member. The pressing roll presses a film on a surface of the plate member absorbed to the first holder. The film holder is provided to the pressing roll, and fixes the film to be laminated to a surface of the pressing roll. The support means supports the pressing roll to be movable. The position confirmation means confirms the position of the plate member and the position of the film fixed to the pressing roll. The alignment means aligns the film and the plate member, based on the positions confirmed by the position confirmation means.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a mold assembly comprising: a cavity forming an inner space to be filled with resin containing metallic particles, and having a protruding part corresponding to a hole of a molded object; a first gate disposed at any one side of the cavity so as to inject the resin into the inner space; and a second gate disposed at another side of the cavity, and injecting the resin, which flows in a second direction intersecting with a first direction, into the inner space so as to change the arrangement of the metallic particles such that a weld line, formed according to the orientation of metallic particle in the first direction, is blurred in an area at which the flow of the resin is separated by the protruding part and then comes back together.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a molded article including a base layer, a surface layer having a resin and formed to cover at least a portion of the base layer, and a reflective material mixed with the resin and reflecting light, wherein the reflective material includes a metal flake, and a metal oxide layer stacked on the metal flake.
Abstract:
A decorative film having a mirror effect is provided for use in decorative panels of various home appliances. The decorative film may include a printing layer, a first base material layer that is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, a deposition layer formed by depositing a metal material or an oxide material, and a second base material layer that is a scattering prevention film. The printing layer, the first base material layer, the deposition layer and the second base material layer may be sequentially laminated. The deposition layer formed on a lower surface of the first base material layer and the second base material layer may be adhered by an adhesive. The decorative film may be attached to a rear side of a glass panel by a gluing agent so as to obtain a mirror effect.
