Provided is an organic light-emitting device comprising: a light emitting layer comprising a compound of the following Chemical Formula 1, and one or more of an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, or an electron transport and injection layer that comprises at least one of a compound of the following Chemical Formula 2 and a compound of the following Chemical Formula 3:
wherein Ar2 and Ar3 are each independently a substituent of Chemical Formula 4,
where X1 to X5 are each independently N or C(R8), wherein at least two of X1 to X5 are N, and the other substituents are as defined in the specification. The organic light emitting device including the heterocyclic compound of Chemical Formula 1 and the heterocyclic compound of Chemical Formula 2 or 3 had significantly superior efficiency and lifespan.

Provided is an organic light emitting device having low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency, and long lifespan characteristics, the organic light emitting device, comprising: an anode; a hole transport layer; a hole adjustment layer; a light emitting layer; an electron transport layer; and a cathode, wherein the light emitting layer includes a host and a dopant, the host has a dipole moment value of 0.4 to 1.3, and the hole adjustment layer includes a compound having a dipole moment value of 1.2 to 2.0.

The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite having a novel structure which can be used as an absorber of a solar cell, a method for preparing the same, and a solar cell comprising the same. The compound according to the present invention has a perovskite structure into which deuterium is introduced, thereby exhibiting high humidity and light stability, and thus can be useful as an absorber of a solar cell.
