摘要： It is a purpose of the present invention to provide a polyacetal resin composition that contains a glass inorganic filler, improves adhesiveness between the glass inorganic filler and the polyacetal resin, and attains excellent mechanical strength. A polyacetal resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin component (A) and 3-200 parts by weight of a glass in organic filler (B), wherein said polyacetal resin component (A) consists of 99.9-80 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin (A1) having hydroxyl groups at 0-20 mmol/kg in the molecule and 0.1-20 parts by weight of a modified polyacetal resin (A2) having hydroxyl groups at 50-2,000 mmol/kg in the molecule.

摘要： A process for producing a transparent film includes forming a melt from a copolyester having structural units represented by the following formulas I and II, respectively: ##STR1## wherein R groups may be the same or different from each other are each selected from the group consisting of--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2, --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, --CH--CH.sub.2 --, ##STR2## and the molar fraction ratio of the structural units of formula II to the total structural units of formulas I and II is between 0.02 to 0.020, which a melt of the copolyester is formed into a film, rapidly quenched to solidify the copolyester and impart low crystallinity thereto. The solidified film is aged at a temperature of 60 degree centigrade or below, and then heat-treated at a temperature between the glass transition point (Tg) of the copolyester and no greater than 2.degree. C. below the melting point of the copolyester minus 2.

摘要： A modified polyester resin is the reaction product of:(A) an acid component mainly comprised of terephthalic acid, 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid or a lower alcohol ester thereof,(B) a diol component mainly comprising an alkylene glycol having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and(C) an aromatic sulfonic acid compound of the following general formula (1):HO(RO).sub.n --Ar--SO.sub.3 M (1) where Ar represents a benzene or naphthale ring, n represents an integer from 1 to 10, R represents a group selected from among alkylenes having 2 or 3 carbon atoms and when n is 2 or more, R may be the same as or different from one another, and M represents an alkali metal selected from lithium, sodium and potassium. The modified polyester resin also satisfies the following formulas (2) and (3):0.25.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.100 (meq/kg) (2)2.ltoreq.(x/CEG).times.100.ltoreq.150 (%) (3) where x represents the amount of the aromatic sulfonic acid compound represented by the above general formula (1) introduced thereinto and CEG represents the amount of the carboxy end groups, and x and CEG are each expressed in millequivalent per kilogram (meq/kg) of the polymer.

摘要： To provide a process for stable and continuous production of a polyacetal resin, mainly comprising a copolymer of 1,3-dioxolane and trioxane under the presence of a catalyst, in a high yield on an industrial scale for a long period of time. In the continuous production of a polyacetal resin by mixing 1,3-dioxolane with boron trifluoride and/or a coordination compound of boron trifluoride and then, mixing the obtained mixture with trioxane to conduct bulk polymerization in a polymerization machine, 1,3-dioxolane is brought into contact with boron trifluoride and/or a coordination compound of boron trifluoride while feeding both at the same direction and they are mixed together for 0.1 to 30 seconds under the condition of at least 0.1 m/sec of the linear velocity of the mixture and subsequently mixed with trioxane.

摘要： Moldable polyester resin compositions and molded articles therefrom include, based on the total weight of all resin components:(A) between 2 to 98% by weight of a compatibilizing metal sulfonate group-containing aromatic polyester copolymer which is the polycondensation reaction product of (a) an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or its ester-forming derivative, (b) a diol compound or its ester-forming derivative, and (c) an ester-forming compound containing a metal sulfonate group;(B) between 2 to 98% by weight of an additive resin which is one of (B-I) an olefin copolymer which is the copolymerization reaction product between an olefin with at least one of an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and a vinyl alcohol or its ester, and (B-II) a polyamide resin; and, optionally(C) between 0 to 96% by weight of a non-compatibilizing aromatic polyester resin.The ester-forming compound containing a metal sulfonate group is preferably incorporated into the main polymer chain of the compatibilizing aromatic polyester resin in an amount between 0.01 to 15 molar percent.

摘要： The present invention provides a polyacetal resin composition having excellent processability and stability, significantly suppressing the amount of formaldehyde generated from the molded article thereof, and preventing the bleeding of blending components. Specifically, to 100 parts by weight of (A) a polyacetal copolymer in which the amount of hemiformal terminal group is 1.0 mmol/kg or less, the amount of formyl terminal group is 0.5 mmol/kg or less, and the amount of unstable terminal group is 0.5% by weight or less, there are added: 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of (B) a hindered phenol-based antioxidant; 0.01 to 1 part by weight of (C) a hydrazide compound; and 0.01 to 1 part by weight of a compound selected from (D) an isocyanate compound, an isothiocyanate compound, and a modified compound thereof.
