Abstract: Disclosed is a computer system and method for intelligent stress prediction and management based on smartphone data that may be configured to build a personalized stress prediction model for a user based on self-reported stress data input from the user during a preset period; and to understand and manage a stress of the user using the personalized stress prediction model. To understand and manage the stress of the user, the stress of the user may be predicted using the personalized stress prediction model, a stress intervention plan for helping the user to relieve the stress of the user may be set and provided, and a stress level of the user for each date may be provided in a form of a calendar.
