    摘要: The present invention provides a work transfer device for transferring a work between adjoining pressing machines including a work holder (30) for holding a work W, a carrier (23) provided between the adjoining pressing machines (10) and capable of being linearly moved in a direction orthogonal to a work transfer direction with a driving mechanism, and a swinging body (71) with a swinging center shaft thereof provided on this carrier (23) and capable of being driven for swinging by a swinging mechanism (84) along the work transfer direction, and the work holder (30) is provided in the swinging body (71). Because of this configuration, it is not necessary to secure a trajectory for swiveling like in a robot arm type of transfer device, not to extend a lift beam up to a position close to a slide like in the feeder type of transfer device, so that it is not necessary to widen a clearance between uprights (12) and a tandem press (1) can be size-reduced as a whole.

    摘要: A transfer feeder which comprises: a pair of lifting beams (9) which are so disposed as being parallel to each other and extending in a workpiece conveying direction; a lifting mechanism (10) for driving the said pair of the lifting beams in upward and downward directions; a plurality of pairs of cross bar carriers (15) which are so arranged on the said pair of the lifting beams as to be spaced apart from, and connected with, one another and be displaceable in the said workpiece conveying direction; a cross bar (16) that is transversely bridged across a said pair of those cross bar carriers as afore-said which are juxtaposed with each other, and that has a workpiece attracting means (19) attached thereto; and a feed mechanism (22) for driving the said cross bar carriers in a feed direction, the said transfer feeder being characterized in that at least the said lifting mechanism is provided with its drive source that is constituted by a servo-motor (11). According to this construction, since the lifting beam is driven by a servo-motor, such cross bars which are multiple can be displaced in any movement pattern as desired, thus enabling a variety of movement patterns to be readily obtained as desired. Furthermore, as an individual cam is not required for each individual movement pattern to be established, it follows that a drastic simplification of the drive mechanism is hereby achieved.

    摘要: A jaw assembly is made retractable away from a power press in order to facilitate die change. A main carriage is cammed toward and away from the press dies in synchronism with the operation of the press. Mounted on the main carriage is a subcarriage which is also slidable toward and away from the press relative to the main carriage. The jaw assembly is mounted on the subcarriage. Thus, during die change, the jaw assembly can be held retracted away from the press as by a fluid actuated cylinder acting between the main and subcarriages. The jaw assembly typically comprises a pair of gripping jaws mounted on the piston rod of a fluid actuated cylinder on the subcarriage. When retracted, the jaw assembly does not interfere with the dies being changed.

    摘要: A synchronized drive mechanism for a loader and a destacker of a press including a drive shaft connected to a drive unit of the press, and a translating mechanism for translating the rotary motion of the drive shaft into a linear reciprocating motion and a swing motion. The loader is connected to the swing motion and moved thereby in a reciprocating fashion. A converting mechanism is provided for converting the linear reciprocating motion into an intermittent one way rotary motion for rotating a plurality of conveyors of the destacker intermittently in one direction. Thus the intermittent rotary movement of the conveyors is synchronized with the reciprocating movement of the loader thereby feeding blank sheets from the destacker to the loader and to the press to be realized.

    摘要: A pressing machine 1 includes: a bed 6 on which a die-cushion device 10 is provided; and a bolster 51 provided on the bed 6. The bed 6 has an inner space 61 in which a die-cushion pad 13 of the die-cushion device 10 is lifted up and down. A supporting portion 63 penetrating the die-cushion pad 13 in a lifting direction and supporting a lower surface of the bolster 51 via a carrier 52 is provided in the inner space 61. With this arrangement, since the bolster 51 is supported by the supporting portion 63, the bolster 51 can be prevented from being flexed during a press forming operation, whereby a highly accurate press forming operation can be realized. In addition, since the supporting portion 63 penetrates the die-cushion pad 13, unlike conventional arrangements, the die-cushion pad 13 does not need to be divided, whereby a complication of the arrangement can be avoided.
