摘要: A pressure is accumulated in advance in a cylinder (35), which is used for conversion to air for the outside of a mouth, with an opening-closing valve (V3) of the cylinder (35) being closed, and when a pressurized liquid (L) is supplied into a preform (PF) through a blow nozzle (13) by actuating a plunger pump (31) and by opening a sealing body (15), the opening-closing valve (V3) of the cylinder (35) is opened to thereby apply the pressure accumulated in the cylinder (35) to the liquid (L) supplied into the preform (PF).

摘要: A liquid blow molding apparatus for liquid blow molding a resin preform into a container having a prescribed shape. The apparatus includes a blow molding mold in which the preform is disposed; a blow nozzle that engages in an opening of the preform; a pressurized liquid supply that supplies a pressurized liquid to a supply path that is connected to the blow nozzle; and a seal member that is provided inside the supply path and opens and closes the supply path with respect to the blow nozzle. The pressurized liquid supply is configured to start supplying the pressurized liquid to the supply path after the seal member has begun to open.

The blow nozzle includes a central hole and a plurality of peripheral holes having an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the central hole and arranged to surround the central hole. The liquid is filled into the preform through the central hole and the plurality of peripheral holes.

摘要: A blow molding device includes a blow molding mold to which a bottomed tubular preform is fitted, a blow nozzle that is fitted to a mouth tubular portion of the preform fitted to the mold, and a pressurized liquid supply unit configured to supply a pressurized liquid to the blow nozzle. The preform is to be molded into a shape conforming to a cavity of the mold by filling the liquid into the preform through the blow nozzle. The blow molding device further includes: a deaeration mechanism that is connected to the blow nozzle. The liquid is filled into the preform through the blow nozzle after air that is present within the preform fitted to the mold is sucked out by the deaeration mechanism.

摘要: To effectively prevent occurrence of stretching unevenness during blow molding using a liquid as the pressure medium without significantly modifying the structure of a device, provided is a blow molding device including: a metal mold used for blow molding; and a blow nozzle that tightly communicates with a mouth tubular portion of a bottomed tubular preform, the liquid as the pressure medium being supplied into the preform through the blow nozzle. The blow nozzle is provided, at a lower end portion thereof, with an engaging tubular piece that is inserted into the mouth tubular portion, and the engaging tubular piece has a length by which a lower end of the engaging tubular piece extends further downward than a neck ring in a state where the blow nozzle is in communication with the mouth tubular portion, the neck ring being provided around a lower end of the mouth tubular portion.

摘要: To prevent core misalignment when performs are stretched during blow molding, provided is a blow molding device that blow molds a preform into a container in a forming mold. The blow molding device includes a support pin that is disposed in the forming mold. The support pin includes a head that supports a bottom portion of the preform, and a shaft that is connected to the head and that is displaceable upward and downward in a direction of an axis of the preform. The head is provided, at one end thereof supporting the bottom portion of the preform, with a concave portion for receiving at least a part of the bottom portion.

摘要: A slender synthetic resin heat-resistant bottle type container having a circumferential draw ratio of 2.8 or less, for example, comprises at least one pressure reduction absorbing panel (5) provided at a container body part, wherein the pressure reduction absorbing panel is provided with at least one convex portion (6) having a width larger at a lower side than at an upper side as viewed in a circumferential direction of the container. Alternatively, each pressure reduction absorbing panel has a border line bulged toward a container bottom part. This causes a resin to be smoothly stretched even at mold surface portions corresponding to concave and convex portions of a container body part surface upon blow molding. These avoid a defective appearance of the container and do not adversely affect heat resistance thereof.
