Friction generated on a surface of the knock out die for receiving the metal member becomes smaller continuously or gradually from a center portion toward side portions thereof in a bending ridge line direction.

    摘要: An information processing apparatus that receives image data sent from a sending apparatus in packet communications, the information processing apparatus includes: a receiving unit adapted to receive a packet for transmitting the image data; a detecting unit adapted to detect a transmission error in the packet; and a sending unit adapted to send a retransmission request for a packet in which the detecting unit has detected a transmission error to the sending apparatus; wherein, when the detecting unit has detected a transmission error in a packet that corresponds to a region of interest that has been preset in the image data, the sending unit sends a retransmission request for the packet with a higher priority than a transmission request for a packet that does not correspond to the region of interest.

Friction generated on a surface of the knock out die for receiving the metal member becomes smaller continuously or gradually from a center portion toward side portions thereof in a bending ridge line direction. In addition, a surface of the knock out die includes multiple grooves formed at the side portions thereof in the bending ridge line direction, and widths of the multiple grooves become larger continuously or gradually from the center portion toward the side portions of the knock out die in the bending ridge line direction.

    摘要: Two dimensional developed view data of a three dimensional structure is obtained. Layer structure information of a sheet-shaped component which has a laminated structure, and bend information of a indicated by the obtained data are input. For coordinates of the obtained data, a principal axis direction in which the shape of an inner structure of the component does not change is set. The layer structure information and information representing the principal axis direction are added to each surface indicated by the obtained data. The three dimensional shape of the three dimensional structure is generated using the obtained data and the bend information. Using the layer structure information and the information representing the principal axis direction added to each surface, a three dimensional model in which the shape of the laminated structure of the component is added to each surface indicated by the three dimensional shape is generated.

    摘要: A work is placed on a pair of dies and a knock out die, and a punch is caused to descend, whereby the work is subjected to bending into a box-shape. In order to reduce a camber generated by an internal stress after the bending, on a surface of the knock out die, widths of friction-reduced regions at side portions thereof are made to be larger than a width of the friction-reduced region at a center portion thereof, with the result that a distribution of friction at the respective portions of the knock out die during processing is improved.
