摘要: An illumination apparatus includes a reflector including a parabolic or ellipsoidal mirror, a light source arranged near a (first) focal point of the reflector, and a front mirror having a transparent window and a mirror surface symmetrical about the light axis. Luminous flux emitted from the light source is reflected from the reflector. In the case of the parabolic mirror, the front mirror has the same size as an entrance of an output light utilizing optical system, and the luminous flux exits toward the optical system as collimated light. In the case of the ellipsoidal mirror, the front mirror is arranged between two focal points of the ellipsoidal mirror, and the luminous flux is directed toward the second focal point. However, at least one part of the luminous flux is reflected from the front mirror and returned toward the first focal point.

摘要: In the operation execution step wherein the operation switches are clicked to execute the operation related to product-type switching, if the substrate presence/absence detecting sensors S1, S2 that detect the presence/absence of substrates in the front-side substrate transporting mechanism 11A and rear-side substrate transporting mechanism 11B detect the presence of substrates, it is judged that the manufacturing operation of the corresponding substrate type has not ended, and the input control processing is executed so that the input operation by the operation switch for executing the operation related to product-type switching is prohibited. As a result, it is possible to prevent the problems related to reloading of the mounting program before the manufacturing has ended.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a data storage control method, which is applied to a virtual memory that controls access to the data stored in each of the physical memory regions by the corresponding one of the virtual addresses on the basis of an address management table that manages the correspondence relationship between a plurality of virtual addresses corresponding to a plurality of virtual memory regions and a plurality of physical addresses corresponding to a plurality of physical memory regions of a first memory, includes writing the data stored in a specific number of nonconsecutive physical memory regions made to correspond to a specific number of virtual memory regions on the basis of the address management table to a specific number of consecutive physical memory regions.
