Abstract:
A register of an industrial equipment production system acquires setting information adjusted in an industrial equipment and registers the setting information in a server. A receiver receives a production instruction for the industrial equipment. An identifier identifies, in a case where the production instruction is received, the setting information on the industrial equipment to be produced in accordance with the production instruction based on the setting information registered in the server.
Abstract:
A motor control system includes motor control apparatuses and position detectors. Each of the motor control apparatuses is configured to control at least one of the motors. The position detectors each of which corresponds to each of the motors and each of which is configured to detect position information of each of the motors. All of the plurality of position detectors are connected in series under a control of a first motor control apparatus among the motor control apparatuses. The first motor control apparatus is configured to transfer the position information of the motors read out from the position detectors to other motor control apparatuses among the motor control apparatuses.
Abstract:
A motor control program transferring system includes: an upper control device including a memory storing motor control program(s) that are executable on motor control device(s) and circuitry which performs assigning operation(s) that assigns unique identification information to the motor control device(s) and transfers the motor control program(s) to the respective motor control device(s) to which the respective unique identification information has been assigned; motor control device(s) which communicates with the upper control device, the motor control device(s) each including a volatile memory, and a storage; and switching circuitry which enables communication between a first one of the motor control devices and the upper control device during initial state and switch on communication between a second one of the motor control devices and the upper control device after a respective unique identification information is assigned to the first motor control device. The motor control devices each having initially designated identification information.
Abstract:
This disclosure discloses a motor control device configured to control a motor. The motor control device includes an inverter part, a gate driving circuit, a PWM generation circuit, at least one gate buffer, and a control part. The inverter part is configured to convert direct current into alternate current in response to a motor drive command. The gate driving circuit is configured to drive the inverter part. The PWM generation circuit is configured to generate a PWM signal applied to the gate driving circuit. The at least one gate buffer is disposed between the gate driving circuit and the PWM generation circuit. The control part is configured to apply a test signal to the gate buffer to determine abnormality of the gate buffer.
