摘要: A carbon dioxide capture system according to an embodiment includes an absorber, a stripper, and a heater. The absorber includes a first cleaning unit and a second cleaning unit. The first cleaning unit uses first cleaning liquid to clean combustion exhaust gas discharged from a carbon dioxide capturer and captures amine flowing together with the combustion exhaust gas. The second cleaning unit uses second cleaning liquid to clean the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the first cleaning unit and captures amine flowing together with the combustion exhaust gas. The heater heats the first cleaning liquid to a temperature higher than the temperature of an upper portion of the carbon dioxide capturer and of the second cleaning liquid.

摘要: The present invention provides a carbon dioxide recovery apparatus capable of recovering heat energy of carbon-dioxide-containing gas which includes an absorbing tower to generate and discharge a rich liquid absorbing carbon dioxide as carbon-dioxide-containing gas is introduced and contacted to an absorbing liquid to absorb carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide release devices to discharge semi-lean liquids which have steam containing a part of carbon dioxide released by heating the rich liquid discharged from the absorbing tower, and a regeneration tower to generate a lean liquid which has steam containing remaining carbon dioxide released and separated by heating the semi-lean liquids discharged from the carbon dioxide release devices and to return the lean liquid to the absorbing tower.

The first release device heats the second rich liquid, using the lean liquid. The second release device heats the third rich liquid, using a carbon dioxide-containing steam discharged at the regeneration tower. The heat exchanger heats the first rich liquid, using the lean liquid which has passed through the first release device.

摘要: In one embodiment, a carbon dioxide capturing system includes an absorber to absorb CO2 from first gas into lean liquid, and produce rich liquid that is the lean liquid absorbing the CO2 and second gas that is the first gas removing the CO2, and a regenerator to separate third gas including the CO2 from the rich liquid flowing from the absorber, and provide the lean liquid and the third gas. The system further includes a flowmeter to measure a flow rate of the third gas, a liquid level gauge to measure a liquid level of the lean liquid and/or the rich liquid, and a controller to regulate a quantity of heat energy supplied to the regenerator based on the flow rate of the third gas, and regulate a total amount of the lean liquid and the rich liquid in the system based on the liquid level.

摘要: A carbon dioxide capturing system according to an embodiment is provided with a reboiler which heats an absorption liquid in a regeneration tower with a heated steam, and condenses the heated steam to generate a downstream side condensed water. The heated steam is supplied to the reboiler by an upstream side line. The downstream side condensed water is discharged from the reboiler by a downstream side line. A branched line branches from the upstream side line. The heated steam supplied to the branched line is cooled and condensed by an upstream side cooler, and an upstream side condensed water is generated. A physical quantity of an absorption liquid component in the upstream side condensed water and a physical quantity of an absorption liquid component in the downstream side condensed water are measured by a physical quantity measurement device.
