Abstract:
A water hammer prevention device for a boiler includes: a housing; a joint coupled to the housing for water flow; a water hammer prevention part to which water pressure introduced through the joint is applied and wherein the water hammer prevention means is a flexible displacement member, including a coupling part formed between the first and second members of the housing to be fastened; an inclined part formed inclined downwardly from the coupling part and the water hammer displacement part upwardly protruding from the inclined part, and an elastic member mounted between the lower surface of the water hammer displacement part and the second member to provide a restoring force.
Abstract:
Disclosed therein is a joint device for a corrugated pipe. A socket pipe in which a packing is forcedly inserted is joined to a non-corrugated part of the corrugated pipe and the non-corrugated part is expanded at the position of the packing, so as to keep airtightness in a pressed state of the packing. The joint device has a guide groove formed on the outer circumference of the socket pipe, a connector fit to the socket pipe, and a movable bolt screw-coupled to the outer face of the socket pipe and forcedly joined to the guide groove, so as to freely rotate the connector independently from the corrugated pipe.
Abstract:
Disclosed therein is an excess flow shut off device which is operated under the same conditions by integrally modulating an opening and closing member, a support member for supporting the opening and a blocking member for blocking a passage by the opening and closing member. The excess flow shut off device is easy in quality management and allows an easy manufacture of uniform products operating under the same conditions because a support member, a spring, an opening and closing member, a joining member, and a cylindrical member are integrally joined together and modulated.
Abstract:
A corrugated pipe for high pressure having a metal braided net, which includes a joining portion formed to be twice as thick as a corrugated pipe when a valley and a crest of an end portion of the corrugated pipe are compressed to form a flat radial surface, a connector welded to the joining portion, and a coupling ring compressed on the connector, so that the thickness of the welded portion of the corrugated pipe is doubled, and the portion where the coupling ring is compressed is formed on the groove portion of the connector.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flexible sprinkler hose connecting device that has a nipple rotatably fitted to one side of a flexible hose connected to a feeder pipe and a fixture fastened and unfastened to and from the other side of the flexible hose only by means of an exclusive tool, thus conveniently connecting the flexible hose to the feeder pipe and a sprinkler head, without fear of leakage.
Abstract:
A corrugated pipe connection device including: a corrugated stainless steel pipe; a straight pipe portion formed on each end of the corrugated stainless steel pipe; a connection member made of a metal and fitted to the outer periphery of the straight pipe portion; a synthetic resin sleeve fitted to the outer periphery of the straight pipe portion and having a flange; an expansion portion expanded from the end of the straight pipe portion; and a silicone packing having a ring portion coming into contact with the expansion portion, a protrusion portion protruding inwardly from the inner periphery of the ring portion to be inserted to the inside the straight pipe portion, and an insertion portion formed on the outer periphery thereof to surround the expansion portion therewith.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a flexible hose identification sleeve for a sprinkler, which can be bent and hung regardless of the position of a main pipe or other supporting members. The flexible hose identification sleeve for a sprinkler includes: a sleeve member having a hole formed in one side and an opening formed on the outer face thereof and fitted around the outer diameter of a flexible hose; and a hanging device connected to the hole of the sleeve member for hanging the flexible hose which can be bent.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a valve device capable of washing an internal pipe in a hot water boiler wherein an operating part is not brought into contact with a body made of a metal material, and even though the valve device is not used for a long period of time, the operating part does not adhere to the body, and wherein the valve device is simple in configuration so that it can be mounted on a restricted installation area.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coupler for a corrugated pipe that is provided with a sealing member mounted inside a fastening member and made of a softer metal material than the corrugated pipe, thereby preventing the fastening member from being damaged due to the fastening force of a cap nut, and that is provided with a grounding portion formed at the front portion of a metal sleeve in such a manner as to enter a coated layer of a composite member and to be grounded to a metal braided net of the composite member when the cap nut is fastened, thereby protecting the corrugated pipe from lightning.
