Abstract:
An arrangement in which protective coverings for vehicle parts, such as seats, floor, steering wheel or the like, are carried by a substantially long sheet of plastic foil. The coverings are connected to one another by perforations that run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the foil sheet. The plastic foil sheet is folded in at least one longitudinal fold and then rolled up on a solid core to form a compact supply roll which serves as a dispensing unit. The protective coverings can be severed individually in succession from this dispensing unit. Two edges of the foil are folded along the longitudinal axis inwardly, so that the two edges are in contact within parts of the foil that faced each other as a result from the first-mentioned longitudinal fold.
Abstract:
Extrudable thermoplastic molding material for manufacturing plastic sheeting used in protective covers, especially for vehicles and parts thereof, characterized in that the extrudable thermoplastic molding material for the manufacture of plastic sheeting is a combination of different polyethylenes and olyamides consisting of1. at least 45% by weight of linear polyethylene (LLDPE),2. 10-50% by weight of high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE),3. 0.5-10% by weight of low-pressure polythylene (HDPE),4. 0.1-5% by weight of olyamides or eurocamides and natural silica, and5. up to 5% by weight of fatty-acid esters, dyes, synthetic silicic acid, stabilizers, and processing agents, with the sum of 1-5 always being 100% by weight and method of manufacturing from this material a plastic sheeting that is highly elastic, grip-resistant, and smooth.
Abstract:
A box for supplying items to be used in garages includes a portion being made of cardboard, a plurality of side walls and of front walls. The items may be seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor carpets, trash bags, replacement parts bags, foils for sealing the interior of doors and bags for tires and the like. An axle is passed through openings of the transportation and dispenser box and through a roll of the items wound up on a bobbin. The box is mounted and fixed with the environment by means of a holding device. The holding device includes parallel side arms with guideways being inclined with respect to a vertical axis. For an assembly the axle is introduced into the guideways and moves by gravity along the guideways in a sliding motion. In a dispensing position, the contact area of the transportation and dispenser box abuts a corresponding supporting area of the holding device, so that the box is secured against rotation during pulling off the items from the transportation and dispenser box. Additional securing means are possible but not necessary.
