Abstract: A Building Management System (BMS) includes a plurality of building subsystems and communications interface. The building subsystems include device(s) for controlling aspect(s) of the building subsystem. The communications interface receives commands from a cloud-based controller and a local client device. The commands from the cloud-based controller and local client device are structured to modify setting(s) for a device of the building subsystems. A BMS controller receives, via the communications interface from the cloud-based controller, a command for modifying a setting of a device for a first building subsystem. The BMS controller identifies a local setting of the device provided by the local client device. The BMS controller identifies a priority of the command from the cloud-based controller in relation to a priority of the local setting. The BMS controller controls the device based on the respective priorities.

Abstract: A building management system includes one or more processing circuits. The one or more processing circuits are configured to receive, from a physical building device of a building, environmental inputs and environmental outputs of the physical building device; generate a building device digital twin for the physical building device based on the received environmental inputs and the received environmental outputs; generate a predicted future performance of the physical building device based on the building device digital twin; and generate a recommendation based on the predicted future performance of the physical building device, the recommendation indicating one or more changes to implement on the physical building device. The building device digital twin is a model for predicting the behavior of the physical building device ore changes to implement on the physical building device.

Abstract: A method executable by a building management system includes generating a graphical user interface that includes a bar graph comprising a plurality of bars representing resource consumption values for a plurality of time periods and a line overlaid on the bar graph and representing a baseline or target resource consumption. The method also includes comparing the resource consumption values to the baseline or target resource consumption, adding a first icon aligned with a first bar of the plurality of bars in response to determining that a first resource consumption value represented by the first bar is within a threshold of the baseline or target resource consumption and less than the baseline or target resource consumption, and adding a second icon aligned with the first bar in response to determining that the first resource consumption value exceeds the baseline. The second icon is different than the first icon.
