    摘要: A method of manufacturing a turbofan, which facilitates a manufacturing process and reduces a defective fraction of products during the manufacturing process by providing joining portions of the turbofan with corresponding plane surfaces. The turbofan includes a rotating plate coupled at a center thereof to a shaft of a drive motor, a plurality of blades radially arranged on a peripheral area of a front face of the rotating plate, and a ring-shaped shroud coupled to front ends of the plurality of blades. The method includes forming the ring-shaped shroud and first parts of the plurality of blades integrally, forming the rotating plate and remaining second parts of the plurality of blades integrally, and joining the first parts to corresponding second parts by fusion bonding.

    摘要: A blowing device having an air suction guide with an improved structure to reduce blowing operational noise, and an air conditioning apparatus having the blowing device. The blowing device includes a blowing fan, a fan casing placed to cover the blowing fan and having a suction port, and a suction guide provided in the suction port of the fan casing to guide inlet air to the blowing fan. The suction guide includes a flow guide part extending forward from an edge of the suction port of the fan casing by a predetermined length. Due to the flow guide part of the blowing device, the inlet air flows through the suction port at a constant flowing speed and in a state of laminar flow. Therefore, the blowing device reduces a variation in a pressure applied onto blades of the blowing fan by the inlet air, and reduces operational noise thereof.

A positive pressure surface of each blade, facing the rotating direction of the rotating plate, takes the form of a flat surface, and a negative pressure surface of the blade, opposite to the rotating direction of the rotating plate, takes the form of a convexly-curved surface. A radius of curvature defined by the convexly-curved negative pressure surface is within a range of 2.5˜4 times of a radius of the turbo fan. The turbo fan can reduce noise and consumption of power together, and consequently, an air conditioner having the turbo fan can achieve an improvement in performance.
