摘要: The invention relates to an electrically powered industrial truck, in particular a narrow aisle forklift truck, comprising a battery box for housing a battery block, which box is open on at least one side for removing the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle and comprises on its top face a strut extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and at least one locking device for the battery block housed in a battery box, wherein the at least one locking device comprises a mount associated with the strut, a pivot shaft, which extends above the battery box in the width direction of the industrial truck and is pivotally held by the mount, and a pivot lever, which is carried by the pivot shaft and is pivotable between a locking position and a releasing position, wherein the pivot lever is designed, when in its locking position, to support the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle and, when in its releasing position, to release the battery block in the width direction of the vehicle.

The industrial truck may include a lateral pusher having a degree of freedom of movement that is oriented laterally, transversely to the main direction of travel of the industrial truck, and a lateral push drive device that can be controlled by a control device of the industrial truck for moving the lateral pusher along a lateral push frame. The industrial truck may include a device for reducing transverse vibrations, such as vibration components that are transverse to the main direction of travel of the industrial track. In a vibration-damping operating mode, the lateral push drive device can be operated as a component of the device for reducing vibrations, wherein the device allows the lateral pusher to move relative to the lateral push frame so as to reduce vibrations.

Here, the industrial truck further comprises a prediction unit, which is designed to predict the occurrence of vibrations on the industrial truck on the basis of data provided by the detection apparatus and to provide prediction data to the control unit and the control unit is further designed to adapt, on the basis of the prediction data, the actuation of at least one of the operating components and/or to actuate at least one apparatus for reducing vibrations that is associated with the truck body or the mast such that the vibrations predicted by the prediction unit are reduced.

摘要: An industrial truck is proposed comprising: a lifting frame; an operator compartment which can be moved upwards and downwards; a lateral push frame, arranged on the operator compartment, in the front thereof, and which can be moved upwards and downwards together with the operator compartment and carries a load-receiving device, which can be moved back and forth; and a vibration-damping means, which can be moved upwards and downwards, for damping vibrations. The vibration-damping means being arranged between the operator compartment and the load-receiving device, is designed to make vibration compensation movements of the load-receiving device relative to the operator compartment possible. Preferably, an over-reach device is provided, combined with the vibration-damping means, for moving the lateral push frame to the straight forward travel direction of the industrial truck and relative to the operator compartment, so as to increase the lateral movement range of the load-receiving device relative to the operator compartment.
