摘要: As disclosed herein a computer-implemented method includes determining an initial workload configuration corresponding to a workload and requesting a new custom monitoring agent and a new custom monitoring profile corresponding to the initial workload configuration, and determining updated monitor tuning information corresponding to the workload. The method further includes updating one or more monitoring thresholds according to updated monitor tuning information responsive to determining the workload configuration has changed, requesting a new monitoring agent that includes a monitor corresponding to a changed workload configuration, and installing the new monitoring agent in the workload. Also disclosed herein a computer-implemented method includes receiving a request from a requester for a new monitoring agent corresponding to a workload, and creating the new monitoring agent according to a custom monitoring profile. The method further includes providing the new monitoring agent to the requester. A computer system and computer program product are also disclosed herein.

A method includes collecting multiple items of pain point data from multiple individuals across multiple parts of an organization, wherein said pain point data comprise information pertaining to one or more issues negatively impacting operations within the organization; automatically validating the collected pain point data via one or more items of evidence; correlating two or more of the multiple items of pain point data across two or more of the multiple parts of the organization; and automatically outputting, to an individual within the organization, a recommendation for resolving a submitted query related to an item of pain point data based on said correlating.

摘要: A method (and structure) to connect a mobile device to a local Wi-Fi network includes providing an input capability for a user of the mobile device to request to make a connection to a local Wi-Fi network. A processor on the mobile device retrieves, from a memory device of the mobile device, a listing of registered local Wi-Fi networks available at the user's current location. A request to connect to a selected one of the registered local Wi-Fi networks listed on the retrieved listing of registered local Wi-Fi networks is transmitted from the mobile device. The mobile device is connected to the selected registered local Wi-Fi network upon receipt of an indication by the selected registered local Wi-Fi network that the user has been validated and verified as trustable.
