摘要: Embodiments relate to dynamic horizontal autoscaling for a multi-tenant service. According to an aspect, a computer-implemented method includes configuring a network computing element to route a plurality of requests from two or more clients to a service in a containerized-networked system. A horizontal service-level autoscaler monitors one or more aspects of the requests to the service from the two or more clients. A new pod including a set of running containers with shared resources in the containerized-networked system is created based at least in part on the horizontal service-level autoscaler determining that at least one of the one or more aspects of the requests exceeds a threshold. A new service mapping is created to accept subsequent requests from one of the two or more clients that triggered creation of the new pod.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to processing irregularly arranged characters. An image is received. An irregularly arranged character within the image is detected. A direction of the irregularly arranged character is modified to a proper direction to obtain a properly oriented character. The properly oriented character is recognized to obtain a first identified character. The image is then rebuilt by replacing the irregularly arranged character with the first identified character, the first identified character in a machine-encoded format.

摘要: In an approach to improve workload orchestration in a multi-cloud environment, embodiments orchestrate and manage a workload in a decentralized multi-cloud environment using one or more smart contracts. Additionally, embodiments measure, by a competency measurement component, competency of cloud services based on one or more predefined cloud benchmarks, a consensus network, and the one or more smart contracts, and generate an orchestration plan that is a best fit for the workload. Furthermore, embodiments validate and update, by the consensus network and the one or more smart contracts, the generated orchestration plan, and executing the generated orchestration plan.

摘要: Methods, computer program products, and systems are presented. The method computer program products, and systems can include, for instance: obtaining, by a container host node, container image configuration data that defines a specified container image configuration, wherein the container host node includes an associated container image repository for storing container images; multicasting, by the container host node, a request for one or more image of first through Nth specified container images to a set of container host nodes; receiving, by the container host node, at least one container image from at least one container host node of the set of container host nodes in response to the multicasting; building, by the container host node, a specified container image according to the specified container image configuration using the at least one container image received by the receiving; and running, by the container host node, the specified container image built by the building to define a runtime container.

摘要: Managing an image storage space is provided. A number of processor units identifies a benchmark image in a similar images group. A number of other images not identified in the similar images group as the benchmark image is a set of similar images. The number of processor units creates an image mapping tree. The image mapping tree has a root block for the benchmark image and blocks arranged in a set of layers below the root block based on the set of similar images; the blocks represent portions of the benchmark image; and a plurality of lower blocks in the blocks in a lower layer correspond to subdivisions in an upper block in the blocks in an upper layer. The number of processor units stores a set of selected blocks in the set of similar images that have differences from a set of corresponding blocks in image mapping tree for the benchmark image. The number of processor units store metadata for the set of selected blocks that describes set of paths in the image mapping tree from the set of corresponding blocks in the image mapping tree to the root block.

摘要: A processor may identify that an application is being downloaded to a computing device. The processor may generate an authorization that regulates data that can be used by the application. The processor may prompt a user to select a first set of addendums for the authorization. The first set of addendums indicate specific data that can be used by the application. The processor may receive a request from the application to access a first specific datum. The processor may determine whether the application is authorized to access the first specific datum.

摘要: A request is received to migrate a virtual instance from a source host compute node. The source host compute node is included in a distributed storage system environment. The virtual instance is migrated from the source host compute node to a first target host compute node. The first target host compute node has access to a first storage device. The first storage device includes one or more data units associated with the virtual instance. As part of the request to migrate the virtual instance, the one or more data units are migrated to a second storage device associated with the first target host compute node.
