    Abstract: As disclosed herein, there are one or more methods, systems, and/or devices relating to enhanced broadcast services and network optimization. In one example, a wireless network node may send a consumed service discovery request to a station (STA) via an access network query protocol (ANQP), wherein the STA is not associated with the network node. The network node may receive a consumed service discovery response including a set of service IDs and a B SSID of an access point (AP) for each service ID in the set of service IDs, wherein each service ID of the set of service IDs is a service consumed by the STA. In some cases, the consumed services are enhanced broadcast services (eBCS), the request is an ANQP query encapsulated in a GAS broadcast message, and/or request is an ANQP query encapsulated in a GAS groupcast message or a GAS unicast message.

    Abstract: Service information (e.g., enhanced broadcast service (eBCS) information) may be distributed. Service (e.g., eBCS) capabilities may be advertised (e.g., by an access point (AP)), for example, by broadcasting a public action frame. A public action frame may include per-service information. A public action frame may be transmitted on a per service basis. A public action frame may combine authentication information and service information. Enhanced broadcast service origin authentication may be performed on a per service basis (e.g., using origin authentication information to authenticate broadcast data frames for a consumed service). Origin authentication information may be common to frames associated with different services. Services may be consumed without querying a service originating device. Stations (e.g., with and without association with an AP) may report consumption or usage of services, Reporting may be unsolicited or solicited (e.g., in response to a request from an AP).

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU)-based edge compute autoscaling. For example, a WTRU may receive a message from a network device. The message may include a list of one or more edge application servers (EAS) associated with an un-instantiated application. The WTRU may select an EAS from the list of one or more EAS associated with the un-instantiated application. The WTRU may transmit a request to an edge data network (EDN), the request indicating a request to instantiate the un-instantiated application at the selected EAS. The WTRU may receive a response from the EDN, the response indicating that the un-instantiated application has been instantiated at the selected edge application server and indicating information for accessing the now instantiated application at the EAS.
