    摘要: The present disclosure provides a new mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis which is deposited under Accession number DSM 32419. The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing a growth promoter for promoting microalgal cell growth, including: (a) inoculating a mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis into a culturing medium to obtain a bacterial suspension, wherein the mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis is deposited under Accession number DSM 32419; (b) culturing the mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis in the bacterial suspension at least to a stationary phase to obtain a cultured medium of the mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis; and (c) performing a vacuum heating procedure on the cultured medium of the mutant of Bacillus thuringiensis to obtain the growth promoter for promoting microalgal cell growth, wherein the growth promoter for promoting microalgal cell growth contains active substances for promoting microalgal cell growth.

    摘要: The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing an active substance for inducing self-lysis in microalga cells, including: inoculating a bacterial strain belonging to Bacillus into a culturing medium to obtain a bacterial suspension; culturing the bacterial strain belonging to Bacillus at least to a stationary phase to a condition in which the bacterial strain belonging to Bacillus aggregates in the bacterial suspension and the bacterial suspension becomes pellucid; and after the bacterial strain belonging to Bacillus aggregates in the bacterial suspension and the bacterial suspension becomes pellucid, performing a vacuum distillation procedure on the bacterial suspension to obtain an active solution, wherein the active solution contains an active substance for inducing self-lysis in microalga cells.

    摘要: A filtration dehydration apparatus, which comprises: a filter, composed of a filtration layer and an absorption layer while allowing the filtration layer that is orientated facing toward the absorption layer to be a first side, and allowing a surface of the absorption layer that is orientated facing toward the filtration layer to be a second side; a supporting structure, for supporting and fixedly securing the filter; a solid waste collector, for collecting solid object left on the first side; and an extrusion unit, for pressing the absorption layer to squeeze out water in the absorption layer; wherein the first side is provided for a solid-liquid mixture to be placed thereon so as to allow the liquid containing in the solid-liquid mixture to flow into the absorption layer through the filtration layer while enabling solid object in the solid-liquid mixture to be filtered out and thus left on the first side.
