    Abstract: A system for generating responses to operational feedback is provided. A computing device identifies operational feedback directed towards an entity. The computing device determines a context for the operational feedback, wherein the context includes a plurality of features relating to the operational feedback. The computing device retrieves operational data associated with the entity, wherein the operational data corresponds to points in time that are within a predetermined time frame of the context. The computing device evaluates the context and the operational data against a quality of service attribute of the entity. The computing device generates a positive response towards the operational feedback based, at least in part, on the evaluating, wherein the context and the operational data are indicative of an anomaly in the quality of service attribute.

    Abstract: A system, method and program product are provided for implementing a credibility vouching system (CVS). A CVS is disclosed that includes: credibility vouching system (CVS), comprising: a data aggregation system interface that provides a communication pathway for receiving event metadata (EM) records from a data aggregation system; a service provider interface and inquiry system that provides a communication pathway with a plurality of third party service providers to facilitate identification of a set of candidate nodes potentially responsible for a submitted EM record in the data aggregation system; a vouching request routing system for generating a vouching request and tasking at least one third party service provider to forward the vouching request to the set of candidate nodes; and a credibility scoring system that generates a credibility score for the submitted EM record based on a set of vouching responses received from the set of candidate nodes.

    Abstract: An authentication approval request can be received by a first system from a second system. The first system can determine whether the user is required to be logged into at least a second online account hosted by at least a third system unrelated to the second system in order to approve the authentication request. If the user is required to be logged into at least the second online account in order to approve the authentication request, the first system can determine whether the user presently is logged into at least the second online account in at least one presently active user session.     Abstract: A method for electronically providing targeted messages can begin when a source-concealing targeted messaging system receives data items provided by a source user that define a targeted message that is to be presented within a social media context. The data items can include a set of recipients, a message body, and a set of trigger conditions indicating when the targeted message is to be presented to the recipients. The recipients can be members of a contact list of the source user within the social media system providing the social media context. Satisfaction of the trigger conditions can be monitored and the social media system can be monitored recipients. When the trigger conditions are satisfied and a recipient is currently using the social media system, the targeted message can be presented within a user interface of the social media system, such that the source user appears unaffiliated with the targeted message.

A computer-understandable meaning of the natural language input can be derived by performing, by a processor, natural language processing on the natural language input. At least one indicated medical symptom can be identified in the natural language input by processing the computer-understandable meaning of the natural language input using artificial intelligence and, based on the at least one medical symptom, identifying at least one ailment corresponding to the medical symptom. Responsive to identifying the at least one medical symptom, a database of medical consultation options can be accessed to identify a plurality of medical consultation options for treating the at least one ailment and, for each medical consultation option a cost can be identified. A list of the medical consultation options and their costs can be presented to the user.

    Abstract: In an approach to determine performance information of a target item operating under a particular set of context information, a method, in response to receiving a request for performance information of a target item, and operating with a first computing device, identifies context information of the first computing device. The method determines whether a knowledge base includes a response that correlates to the request for performance information of the target item operating within context information similar to the first computing device. The method, in response to determining that the knowledge base includes the response that correlates to the request for performance information of the target item, sends the performance information to the first computing device, and initiates a communication channel between the first computing device and a second computing device operating the target item and having similar context information of the first computing device.
