摘要: A filling machine for filling capsules a product comprises a plurality of operative stations for carrying out operations on the capsules, a movement device provided with seats for housing and moving the capsules through the operative stations; and a weighing station to weigh of the capsules and comprising a weighing unit and a transfer system to transfer the capsules from the movement device to the weighing unit and vice versa. The weighing unit comprises a gripping element coupled with a weighing cell and provided with a housing for receiving and holding the capsule to be weighed. The transfer system include a first transfer element to remove the capsule from the seat of the movement device and insert it in the housing to measure its weight, and a second transfer element to remove the body from the housing and insert it in the seat of the movement device, after the measurement.

The moving system includes a linear electric motor, a guide rail, which includes a stator of the motor, and transfer carriages associated with the guide rail and provided with respective seats to house bodies and caps of the capsules. The transfer carriages have respective rotors of the motor interacting independently with respective magnetic fields generated by the stator to move the respective transfer carriages along the guide rail with an intermittent motion at the first dosing station when the first dosing station is activated and/or with a continuous motion at the second dosing station when the second dosing station is activate.

摘要: A tablet dispensing apparatus for dispensing tablets into containers includes a cylindrical drum having an inner cavity and a cylindrical side wall provided with a row of seats adjacent to each other along a circumference arc, each seat for accommodating a respective tablet, and an ejection device to interact with the seats at angular ejection positions of the drum to eject the tablets from the seats out of the drum. The side wall is provided internally with a groove extending along the circumference arc and communicating with the seats. The ejection device has an ejection element movable during rotation of the drum, at an angular ejection position thereof, in an operating position. The ejection element is slidably inserted in a groove and at least partially in the seats to push outwardly and eject the respective tablets from the seats while the drum rotates.

摘要: A weighing system fills capsules with a product, each capsule having a body. The weighing system includes a weighing unit with a weighing cell and a gripping element connected to the weighing cell by means of a loading stem and provided with a housing for receiving and/or retaining a capsule or body to be weighed. The weighing system also includes a connecting element rigidly fixed to the loading stem and slidably and elastically supporting the gripping element that is movable between a measuring position, wherein the gripping element is completely supported by the loading stem and spaced from an abutment wall of the weighing unit by an elastic element, and an end-stroke position reached by contrasting the thrust of the elastic element, wherein the gripping element abuts the abutment wall.
