摘要: A method of controlling a dual clutch transmission, may include releasing a pressure of a non-driveshaft clutch and engaging a gear of a non-driveshaft; applying a first pressure to the non-driveshaft clutch and disengaging the gear of the non-driveshaft; determining a drag torque on the basis of a first rotation speed change rate of the non-driveshaft; releasing the first pressure and engaging the gear of the non-driveshaft; applying a second pressure to the non-driveshaft clutch and disengaging the gear of the non-driveshaft; determining a touch point torque on the basis of a second rotation speed change rate of the non-driveshaft; and adjusting a touch point of the non-driveshaft clutch on the basis of a net torque which is a difference between the touch point torque and the drag torque.

摘要: A method of controlling line pressure of a hydraulic circuit of a transmission, may include turning on electric current by a controller to apply the electric current to an electric oil pump and determining line pressure depending on the electric current applied; and turning off the electric current by the controller so that the electric current being applied to the electric oil pump is cut off when the determined line pressure is greater than a predetermined reference upper limit value, estimating line pressure dropping down with a passage of time and determining the estimated line pressure, wherein when the estimated line pressure becomes lower than a predetermined reference lower limit value, the turning on the electric current is repeated.

摘要: A clutch control method may include generating a current-hydraulic pressure model by obtaining an increasing slope of a measured hydraulic pressure which is applied to a clutch in accordance with an increase of a primary ramp current while applying the primary ramp current to a solenoid valve that controls hydraulic pressure to be supplied to the clutch; obtaining a difference between a virtual hydraulic pressure according to the current-hydraulic pressure model and a measured hydraulic pressure applied to the clutch for a secondary ramp current while applying the secondary ramp current to the solenoid valve after removing the primary ramp current; performing updating by learning a secondary ramp current, at which the difference between the virtual hydraulic pressure and the measured hydraulic pressure is maximum, as a Volumetric Kiss Point (VKP); and controlling the clutch on the basis of the learned VKP.

摘要: A clutch control method for a vehicle includes steps of: calculating, by a controller, an estimated clutch torque by substituting a plurality of parameters, and a sensed stroke of a clutch actuator into a predetermined characteristic function; updating, by the controller, the parameters as new values by a prediction error method using a torque error, which is a difference between a reference clutch torque and the estimated clutch torque; calculating a desired stroke by substituting a desired clutch torque and the updated parameters into a predetermined characteristic inverse function; and driving the clutch actuator based on the calculated desired stroke to control the clutch by the controller. The plurality parameters represent physical properties of a clutch, and the predetermined characteristic function represents characteristics of a clutch transmission torque to a clutch actuator stroke. In addition, the predetermined characteristic inverse function represents a clutch actuator stroke to a clutch transmission torque.

摘要: An oil pump control method for a DCT may include estimating line pressure, using a pressure-up model formed from a relationship between an oil pump driving current and a hydraulic pressure; stopping the oil pump when the line pressure estimated from the pressure-up model is equal to or higher than a predetermined upper limit hydraulic pressure; estimating a dropping line pressure from a first pressure-down model for a predetermined first reference time after stopping the oil pump on the basis of the line pressure estimated when the oil pump is stopped as an initial value; forming a second pressure-down model by opening a solenoid valve supplying hydraulic pressure to a non-drive side clutch, and estimating a line pressure from the second pressure-down model, and returning to the pressure-up step when the line pressure reaches predetermined lower limit hydraulic pressure or less.
