    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a delay measurement method and device. The method includes: determining a first delay of a first path; obtaining a first two-way delay of a first two-way path; obtaining a first one-way delay from a third IGW port to a provider/provider edge device; obtaining a second one-way delay from the provider/provider edge device to a first IGW port; determining a second delay, where the second delay is obtained by subtracting the first one-way delay and the second one-way delay from the first two-way delay; and comparing the first delay with the second delay. By means of the foregoing solutions, a one-way delay relationship between delays from the OTT server to different IGWs may be effectively determined, so as to determine a path whose one-way delay is optimal according to the one-way delay relationship.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a system for performing balance adjustment on egress traffic of an SDN-based IDC network are disclosed, to resolve a technical problem that balance adjustment cannot be performed on egress traffic of an IDC network. The method includes: sending group information of at least one AS group to an SDN controller, where the group information is used by the SDN controller to generate an AS filtering policy and deliver the AS filtering policy to a DPE; obtaining AS traffic information that is obtained by the DPE through statistics collection according to the AS filtering policy; generating a traffic adjustment policy according to the AS traffic information, where the traffic adjustment policy is used to instruct to adjust traffic of a destination AS group to a destination egress link; and sending the traffic adjustment policy to the SDN controller.

    Abstract: A method for measuring quality of a service running on a terminal includes sending, by the terminal, a measurement request message to a network management device, where the measurement request message requests the network management device to measure the quality of the service, receiving, by the terminal, measurement configuration information from the network management device in response to the measurement request message, coloring a packet of a service stream within a preset measurement period according to the measurement configuration information to obtain a colored packet, and sending, by the terminal, at least one of quantity information or time stamp information of the colored packet to the network management device. Hence, the quality of the service running on the terminal is comprehensively measured.
