Abstract: The present invention presents a transmitting device and receiving device for wireless communications, particularly for V2X or CITS communications. The transmitting device is configured to determine more than one transmission for transmitting a packet, and transmit the packet to a receiving device and/or a group of receiving devices using the determined transmissions. The receiving device is configured to receive a packet in more than one transmission from a transmitting device, and combine the transmissions to obtain the packet. The invention relates also to corresponding transmitting and receiving methods.
