摘要： This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and provides a cell handover method and an apparatus in a high-speed movement scenario, to resolve problems of a relatively high service drop rate and a relatively high re-establishment rate of a terminal device in the high-speed movement scenario. The method includes: enabling a high-speed railway function of a terminal device; obtaining path information; determining a first target cell based on the path information; and reporting a first measurement report when a measurement value of a source cell meets a second threshold, where the first measurement report is used to trigger a network side device to control the terminal device to hand over from the source cell to the first target cell, and the source cell is a cell on which the terminal device camps, the second threshold is greater than a first threshold, and the first threshold is a threshold that is indicated by the network side device and that is used to trigger the terminal device to report a measurement report.

The first request message is used to request the first cell handover list corresponding to a first TAC, which is a TAC of a current cell of the terminal device, and the first information indicates the first cell handover list. The terminal device may store a cell list corresponding to each line in advance. When the terminal device moves on a line, the terminal device may determine, based on the first TAC, the cell list corresponding to the line to perform cell handover.

摘要： A method for virtual carrier aggregation, a base station, and a user equipment are provided. A base station receives measurement capability indication information and indication information indicating a capability of receiving data transmission that are reported by a UE. The base station selects a measurement set for the UE according to the measurement capability indication information, and sends the measurement set to the UE, where the indication information indicating the capability of receiving data transmission includes information of carriers on which the UE supports concurrent receiving of data transmission and the measurement capability indication information includes indication information indicating a capability of the UE for measuring CSI and/or indication information indicating a capability of the UE for measuring RSRP. The base station can flexibly select an activated carrier set for the UE.
