Abstract: This application provides an uplink acknowledgement information transmission method, the method includes: A terminal device may obtain a plurality of first HARQ-ACK codebooks, where each of the plurality of first HARQ-ACK codebooks includes HARQ-ACK information of at least one downlink data channel, each first HARQ-ACK codebook corresponds to one first radio network temporary identifier RNTI, and first RNTIs corresponding to the first HARQ-ACK codebooks are different. Then, the terminal device may send a physical uplink channel to a network device, where the physical uplink channel carries a second HARQ-ACK codebook, the second HARQ-ACK codebook includes at least one of the plurality of first HARQ-ACK codebooks that are concatenated in a preset order, and the preset order is determined based on a plurality of first RNTIs corresponding to the plurality of first HARQ-ACK codebooks.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method and an apparatus, relate to the communication field, and in particular, are applicable to a broadcast system. The method includes: A terminal device receives a first downlink channel from an access network device, where the first downlink channel is scrambled by using a first identifier and is used to carry first data. The terminal device receives a second downlink channel from the access network device, where the second downlink channel is scrambled by using a second identifier and is used to retransmit the first data. The first identifier and the second identifier are identifiers configured by the access network device. This method can implement a feedback retransmission mechanism combining broadcast initial transmission and partial retransmission, to further improve spectral efficiency of a communication system.

Abstract: A network device determines downlink bandwidth configuration information corresponding to a terminal device; the network device sends a first physical broadcast channel to the terminal device in a plurality of cell acquisition subframes based on the downlink bandwidth configuration information, where a time interval between every two adjacent cell acquisition subframes in the plurality of cell acquisition subframes is greater than or equal to 30 ms. When a bandwidth configuration value corresponding to the downlink bandwidth configuration information is greater than or equal to a first threshold, the plurality of cell acquisition subframes in which the first physical broadcast channel is sent include at least one first cell acquisition subframe. At least five symbols of the first physical broadcast channel are transmitted in the first cell acquisition subframe.
